I had a very disappointing experience because of Brenda, the older lady with short hair at the front. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She didn't greet me or acknowledge me in a friendly way instead, she just stared at me until I reached my washer. She then came over and immediately told me that everything wouldn't fit, even though I hadn't finished separating my laundry yet. I've been to this laundromat once before, I just moved here, I was planning to make it my regular place to do laundry. Unfortunately, Brenda's attitude and the way she treated me completely changed my mind, she told me she would shut off the washer and kick me out and argued with me even after she saw the extra amount of space I had left in my washer, customers deserve to be treated with respect, not judged or made to feel unwelcome. It's a pretty good laundromat. However there are a couple of issues. They remind you about closing time. One woman locks the door and tells you to use the bathroom by 5 even though they close at 6. Also, on Thursday there is a guy who vacuums right around you while you are doing your laundry. No boundaries. This is something that should be done before opening or after closing. It's bad enough they vacuum while open, but they do it around you and that is unacceptable. read more

After two months of no response from the owner, I was finally able to get a cell phone so I could get some sort of answer. This is all over $50. Might I add there a car wash up the road for $30 unlimited for the month that actually cleans your cars I recommend going to triple play. Finally, the owner responded to me refused to give me back my money so now I have to go back to a car wash that doesn't wash the car. Strongly not recommended. The old lady who works here is very unreasonable and very rude. The business closed at six o'clock and she kicked us out at five-thirty. I used to frequent Bubble King during the summer, but ever since I tried reporting a scratch on my car that occurred 12/13, the staff has been rude and no help at all. Without even looking at the scratch or any footage, they have denied any wrongdoing saying that their car wash bays could not have caused the damage. I've been trying to get in contact with the owner of the facility since the incident occurred with no avail. The staff cannot provide a phone number, or email address, and they can't tell me the next time the owner will be in. I will continue to contact them every day until the owner speaks to me. You would think the 45.00 leather treatment would be simple enough . You can see where you have wiped down and not. I also asked if for the 45.00 if they vacuumed the seats and was told yes. As photos show they dodnt bother to wipe under seatbelts nore vacuumed. It is hard to show how the seats werent wiped all over either. Bubble King Car Wash is just "A-Ok", actually I would gave it 2.5 stars if there was a half star instead of 3 stars. The car wash was an automated car wash with two bays. One bay was touch-less wash, which is what I normally go through. The other bay was a automated soft cloth wash, which isn't normal for such a type of car wash. The building and the lot was clean, the signs were visible and with clearly marked directions to the entrance. It was a very welcoming place. I decided to give the soft cloth side a go. I figured putting a cloth to my baby would clean it better than a high pressure spray and dry. The "menu" of prices for washes were clear and easy to understand. The prices were in the average for a automated car wash, $8 being the cheapest to $14 for the full deal. The pay station was easy to use, touch screen, accepting cash and credit cards. I paid with a credit and press the screen to request a receipt, BUT NO RECEIPT PRINTED. Not good, because I usual want a receipt as proof of payment if ever I need to dispute the charges, learned my lesson from a previous experience. The car wash became available for entrance as soon as the last vehicle exited. Again, signs and indicators signal me to move back when I went too far up and each stage of the wash taking place. It took about 10 minutes to wash and dry process including under carriage spray. The results of the car wash was not too pleasing. My car was still wet after the drying process as if there was no dryers. My car is black, so there were visible areas where the cloths didn't touch. My car was cleaner than before it was wash but this car wash is not nearly as good as I have experience from other car washes of similar style. read more

I'm going to second Lindsay's above review. This place is the nirvana of laundromats! Clean, spacious, free wifi, a couple of public PCs, about 10 HDTVs, and bathrooms cleaner than my own (gotta be honest on yelp!). They have a wide range of machine sizes and they've never been so busy that I've had to wait for one. In addition to the deli Lindsay mentioned, a Chinese place just opened in the same building and there are several more eateries within hoofing distance. It's also part of a complex with a car wash and self serve vacs if you're feeling ambitious. OK I'll admit it, I want to live at Bubble King! read more

There aren't too many touch less car washes in the area, so this is my go to. The price is ok, and the wash is decent. There's usually a Maintainence guy on site. You may want to bring extra towels to dry off your car as the air dryer doesn't completely cut it. read more

For the dry cleaning side of the business: the folks behind the counter make a major production out of every little thing. It's always high drama just to get a pair of pants and a shirt pressed and cleaned. It's never a simple transaction where you hand them the garments and they take your money and tell you when to return. There is always some wrinkle where they feel compelled to explain. They also have to engage you on every little decision whether it's the day you pick up or the amount of starch etc. Instead of telling you when the garments will be ready, they ask you when you want to pick up and no matter what answer you give, it's not the correct one. Just tell me when they'll be ready and take my money and let that be the end of it. If you bring in something to be cleaned where they don't have a "code" for -- like if you are bringing in a yard of fabric to be cleaned -- they freak out and don't know what to do because they don't have a number assigned for "fabric". What is supposed to be a three minute transaction snowballs into ten or 15 minutes. Best to avoid. read more

This place is convenient, card usage available on some machines, however customer service is very poor and unwelcoming. Especially if you have no idea what your doing, doing someone a favor and have not utilized the facility in so long. All I got was condescending attitude from the night attendant. Very unwelcoming, especially if you are lost and stressed. As a business, you should be able to provide good customer service, not make someone unwelcome and confused at your establishment. Edit: might I also add when the employee was all worried that they closed at a certain time and I said my dryer wouldn't take that long like my mother said they would (I was helping her with her laundry), she kept helping me but in a condescending way, I kept thanking her and was positive through the whole thing and even apologized because I haven't been to a laundromat in a while. Another nice customer from the car wash came in and asked about her credit card getting stuck in the kiosk. I started to help myself because that's a more important issue, however I could hear her being rude and short to her and saying how the other people left earlier and she didn't really know. I tuned out after that and got out asap because I felt that uncomfortable in there. Customer service is key, I don't know how a business can keep an employee (or multiple) if there are multiple negative reviews about them. I have a Subaru Forester and I love to take it offroad. Bubble King is the first place I visit to clean the mud and dirt off my Forester because the touchless carwash will ensure that no little bits of gravel will scratch my paint. I have never had more fun doing laundry than at this laundrymat. Free wifi, clean machines, a bookshelf of reading material encouraging you to swap out books, 2 free computers to use, television and a very nice deli nextdoor. Washers run between 2.00 dollars and 6.50 and they even have a wash dry fold service. The dryer is a little more pricey at .25 cents per 6 minutes. But you can even kill the time by vacuuming your car or going through their 24 hour car wash outside. read more

I thought the TV's were for the entertainment of the customers not the employees. Mixed review. Usually they are great, however, DO NOT go in on Wed night. The woman who was working there harassed me and some other customers continuously coming up to us from 7PM on to tell us they closed at 9! And when I say harassed, I mean it. I finally told her, "You've told me numerous times, please DO NOT tell me again!" She bothered a couple who was in there at the same time that I was so much, that they ended up having a verbal fight & the woman nearly called the police, when it was actually all her fault! Here it is Wed evening & I need to do laundry and I'm figuring out if I want to deal with her, or just go elsewhere. This is one of the very few brush 24/7 car washes in the area and decently priced, no attendant and it does a pretty good job, except the dryer in this place sucks and I end up towling the car off. For the same price you could go to an attendant wash which has people to towel off for you at the end of the wash, but in a pinch, the place and price is not bad. We come into this location all the time. We came in on a different day than usual for us. The woman with the short gray hair working behind the counter was extremely rude to us. I asked a question about a dryer we used and she told me is not her job to pay attention to what's going on out there, her job is take care of what's behind the counter. This is not my first time having an experience with her like this. I picked up my dry cleaning one day and she was very rude to me again for no reason. Looking at the other reviews this woman seems to be an on going issue. We will never go back during one of her shifts. read more

It's very clean, the wifi is strong, and the machines are (typically) good. But I'm bummed about today. I put 2 loads in 2 separate washers, and one did not complete. When it stopped, my laundry was soaked and sitting in the water. The attendant was great, helped me move the clothes to another machine, and covered the cost of another cycle. Because of the delay, I didn't have time before work to wait for that load to dry completely. I asked for a plastic bag to carry my still-very damp clothes out, and I was told I would have to pay 75 cents for the plastic bag. Even after I told her it was to carry out the clothes that were wet, because I was delayed by 30 minutes, because of their faulty machine. So I was forced paid an extra 75 cents. And I've got a bag of wet laundry in my car that I'll need to hang dry tonight. Uncool. read more

Scratches all over my car! Just took my black acadia through the soft cloth car wash here. i paid for the best wash they offered, $14. Once i exited I looked the car over. You can imagine my extreme frustration when I noticed scratch marks all over the car. Most were on the drivers side and it was obvious they were fresh. Showed my wife when I got home and she found more scratch marks on the roof. She also pointed out that not only were there scratch marks everywhere the car was still very dirty and the machine missed a bunch of spots. I am so disappointed in the current staff at Bubble King. I used to come here all the time and never had a problem. I just moved back to the area and brought in about 130 pounds of laundry to drop off. The woman behind the counter (apparently she works Wednesday nights) became upset that I had brought such a large load, widening her eyes and giving sarcastic hand gestures. She said things like "I can't even lift this", mind you it was not one big bag it was several small bags, and "we don't offer 24 hour service here you know I'm not sure how you expect me to do this". I never asked for same day service... I said no problem call me when it's ready, to which she replied "we don't call customers that's not how this works." ...well bubble king your sign says you offer drop off services, but apparently your staff could care less about your profits and customers. Used to love coming to this place. Yet little old not so nice now works Saturday as well. My machine malfunctioned. Water was everywhere when I removes my clothes. I went up to tell the attendant and inatead of a hello or anything nice i got yelles at that it was all my fault. She then decided to talk shit about me with her friend while I cleaned up the mess. I don't usually write Yelp reviews, but i had such a great experience this afternoon that I just had to throw my two cents in. I needed a commercial washer for washing a sleeping bag, and after reading the mixed bag of Yelp reviews, it was with some fear and trepidation that I went to Bubble King, hoping all the way that one of the nice staff people would be working. My first indication that my experience would be a good one was when the staff person, seeing me standing there with my big black trash bag reading all the info I could on the machines, very helpfully asked me what I was washing and then told me which machine I should use. Seeing that she appeared to be nice, I asked a series of questions that were probably incredibly basic, and she answered everyone of them kindly and helpfully. As if she hadn't already done enough to help me, when I went over to get my sleeping bag out, she pointed out it might have a lot of residual water because of the waterproof nylon, and then, as I was trying to carefully put the clean sleeping bag into a clean bag, she offered to hold the bag so that it could be kept wide open (with three hands) as I pulled the sleeping bag out and into it. To finish things off, she offered several tips on air drying the sleeping bag and lofting the down. Wow. Double wow. On top of that, the place seemed like it was probably a first-class laundromat; this was probably only my second time ever in a laundromat, so I don't have much to compare it, but it seemed clean from top to bottom. This was my first time using Bubble King and will not be my last. I found the staff very helpful in guiding me through my first experience with this laundromat/car wash establishment. I especially like the "down time" options that they provide to their customers while they wait. A full service car wash, car vacs, computers you can log onto, TVs to watch and a few good eats within walking distance. I personally took advantage of the car wash and car vacs. The car wash was easy to use, accepts cash or card, and the results were great. The prices on both laundry and the car wash were right around where you'd expect them to be. The facility was spacious, clean and had plenty of machines available to avoid any wait time which is great because the last thing I want to do is stand in line to do laundry! All in all I will certainly return to Bubble King as soon as my car or clothes need cleaning again! read more

I had been to this place for 6 months and 4 weeks ago I found A pair pants Liz Claiborne British khaki chinos and one green white stripe Brooks Brothers shirt total value $260 was stolen from me by the people that work there talking to the employees I got nowhere I went to the manager Mary Lu who became irate and calling me a whack job telling me nothing made any sense but I had to go back four times and she did nothing said the owner was going to call me five days ago he never did I'm out a pair pants and a shirt they did nothing to help me only say I don't know what I'm talking about and said its not them it's the guy who dry cleans not them but I've paid them over $600.00 dollars to clean my clothes and I've never had any thing like this happen to me be very care full getting your things back as I got some one else pants back that cost $14.00 dollars that looked like the ones I'm missing.
