I'm a big fan of Wash, Dry and Fold (WDF) whenever I can get it when traveling. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lizzie twice and Katie once and while they are all business given the high volume of laundry they process, they also recognize the importance of customer service. The final product is spectacularly folded and placed in a clear plastic bag so you can see and find all your clothes easily. It also has a nice clean scent to it. I will be in that area again in July and look forward to being more laundry there. Highly recommend!!

The woman who does the WDF was incredible, she was serious about the task as she asked my husband for specifics as to what clothes don't need to be in the dryer and type of detergent to be used. As soon as he mentioned there were baby clothes she said she would take extra care. The turn around time was quick ( less then 24 hours) and for $1.25 a pound I look forward to using this more often. The double star bonus is that the location is next to Mina's Brazilian Steakhouse restaurant which was UNBELIEVEABLE. Don't hesitate to use the WDF.....its worth it

However, even though we bring our own hypoallergenic detergent, our comforters come back reeking of smelly detergent/fabric softener/dryer sheets and the smell lasts weeks (PSA to the world, clean laundry should not smell, use Dirty Labs unscented you only need a tiny amount it is actually quite economical, add a little oxygen bleach, pretreat stains with Ecos unscented dish detergent). Wool dryer balls. Fluff n fold needs to reserve a washer and dryer for employee use with no smelly detergent/softener/dryer sheets allowed. Also clean the washers periodically (Grab Green is excellent for this).
