I recently dropped off a white blouse, among other items to be cleaned and pressed. When I picked up the clothes, they looked great but when I went to put on the white blouse, the side that I couldn't see when I picked the clothes up was covered in lint and dust bunnies like someone had dragged it under a bed. It took me some time to pick off all the dirt. Clean is in their name but I didn't feel as though I received a clean blouse. I took one load of laundry to Value dry cleaners because I'm here for two weeks for work. Everyone was polite, and in fact when I picked up my laundry the owner Joe told me that if was in town for work to come on back he would take care of me while noting he had a lot of customers from where I work. The shirts were pressed and starched and smelled good. Unfortunately, one of my favorite shirts had the maroon stripes worn off the collar and cuffs. I've attached pictures of the damage. I dropped the shirt off back with them to look at hey back to me because Joe was not around. Joe got back and told me that the shirt wears that way because of stubble. I pointed out to him that the cuffs were worn in places not on the edge, and he told me this was a very old shirt. Look, this shirt was not in this condition before I dropped it off, or there is no way I would be wearing it. Unfortunately I do not have pictures of before, but that is now what I recommend if you plan on dropping clothes off at this place. Better yet, maybe you should avoid going to this place at all. I've had this same shirt dry cleaned at other places without the same results. I've also had ties ruined by a dry cleaning place where I live and they made up for it with store credit. read more

Joe and his team are wonderful. They are happy, welcoming, professional and do an amazing job. They are fast with service and end results! Our company uses weekly and the turn around is a blink of the eye. Joe takes the extra step to drop our laundered items off to us - (as he is our work neighbor). This pandemic has hit us all hard and many of us are now working from home and not needing our shirts and slacks pressed, as often. Joe and the staff are always helpful and accommodating. If I need something in a rush they do their best and even fold the shirts for packing when I'm headed out to a business trip. Yes, it's family owned and friendly and yes, your clothes come back nicely pressed and smelling fresh but they still have the same dirt, stains and schmutz they had on them when you brought them in. Tumbling them around with deodorizer and pressing them just doesn't cut it. One time my husband's pocketless dress shirt came back with the imprint of another shirt's pocket on the chest! The shirt was completely ruined as they couldn't get the imprint out. They must press multiple shirts at one time. I brought home dirty clothes that smelled great 4 or 5 times. I finally stopped going to this place. Value? Absolutely...but in this case you most definitely get what you pay for. I pay way too much money for beautiful clothes to have them destroyed by the dry cleaner. I'd give them half a star if it was an option. read more

This guy is the best! I've had many drycleaners in my life, mostly to launder shirts (because it is a waste of my time to iron, and I can never get them as good). I've had many bad experiences, such as missing and broken buttons to actually being yelled at because I didn't unbutton my shirts for him (Sunny Cleaners...don't go there!). But Value Dry Cleaners is the BEST! Never missing a button, every shirt perfect. He'll even throw them in the drycleaner if you have a stubborn stain at no extra charge. I cannot say enough about this place: its great when you don't have to worry all the time if when you go to put a shirt on if it will be perfect or not. read more

Saturday, January 25th my son came home from "Marine Corps" Boot Camp. He needed his dress blues for Sunday morning pressed. I knew it was last minute and it would be tough finding someone to press on such short notice. The owner Joe said give them to me I'll take care of it! This was at 1:00pm in the afternoon.
