Needed my husband's suit cleaned so I found a place a few miles down (a little more than few) from my hotel in Milford. They were able to clean it and had it ready the next day. The service was great and the workers were very friendly, the owner was there as well and was just as friendly as his staff. EDIT*** Below is my previous review, which was 5 stars. This business has been sold to another family, and I am quite disappointed. I brought a couple of sweaters to be taken in, and after asking if the pricing was the same I was told "yes, of course". When I came to pick the sweaters up I was told they were sent out, and I was charged 50% more than I was expecting. When I objected to this, the new owner slides the $1 pack of collar stays I was planning on buying towards me, pats me on the hand and says "here, on the house". I also received one of my sweaters back with some discoloration, which I am not happy about. I won't be back. Previous review: I've been bringing my clothes here to have them tailored for the past couple years, and I must say Olga does an excellent job. Just be specific with exactly how you want your items to fit, and she'll take care of you. Everyone is super nice as well, I always love coming here. I have to admit that I was weary when Olga sold this business to another family. But they have exceeded my expectations! The prices have gone up a bit, but it is still cheaper than my old cleaners. The new owners are very reasonable and willing to admit any mistakes and fix them so that I am satisfied. I love their new tailor, and everyone there makes me feel welcome. Not only is this the best dry cleaner in the Millis area. This is the best dry cleaner in the entire Boston Metro area. They are inexpensive fast, well organized and helpful. They also do clothes repairs. Have your shirts washed and ironed and starched here at the lowest cost around and of the best quality. No other DC does it as well. Olga, the charming typically Greek jovial co-owner, has indeed a great memory for names of customers. One is not just a number there, like with the chains. The service at this establishment has sharply declined since new ownership. I wanted to tailor a couple of shirts and have difficulties getting someone to help on two separate occasions. The first time, the person wasn't there and I was told to come back at a specific time and date. Came back as told and still no one. Flash forward 6 months and a similar situation occurred. They clearly don't have a commitment that it takes to run a small business; first rule is to be there when you say you will be. won't be going back again and good luck in a small town! read more

I have been there over the last couple of years for alterations. Their prices have always been very reasonable, sometimes I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was less than I though I would pay. I went there a couple of months ago, with a very very simple dress to be hemmed up. I paid $40 for the dress, and the new owners , charged me $30 for a 5 minute job to hem it up. This place is top notch. I wear Brooks Brothers (not cheap) shirts with button collars to work. Over time, they got ring around the top of the collar, which was visible when wearing them (unacceptable). I asked multiple other cleaners for a solution to remove the stains, but they could not figure it out. I didn't want to throw away 2-year-old shirts. I brought them to Quality Clears in Millis and asked if they knew a solution. Quay overheard me asking and jumped in saying he knew a solution. I was amazed when the stains disappeared! Anyone who knows me will tell you I'm HIGHLY particular. Some may say fussy but I don't like that word as it has negative connotations. I am fastidious about my laundry. I treat my clothes and my family's clothes with UTMOST care. I hand wash many items and rack dry most of my clothing to keep it in top notch form. When it comes to drycleaning items I'm the same way. I've searched high and low for a drycleaner that follows my explicit directions, has excellent service, is TOTALLY green, and has a pickup and delivery service. Quality Cleaners is ALL THAT. The best of the best. They continue to go above and beyond the call of duty, no matter what I propose. I leave my most precious items with them, as well as my husband's WAY too expensive sports jackets. They ALWAYS come back perfect, not smelling of chemicals, and handled with the UTMOST care. This place is the best. The dry cleaning is inexpensive and they do a good job. They are also great for alterations. I especially love going here to get jeans shortened because they match the thread perfectly to the original stitching and usually have them done in 24 hours. In addition to the great work, the owner Olga is awesome. She remembers every customer by name so you don't even need the little slip to pick up your stuff. She's also up to date on fashion and trends so she's always suggesting stores to try, where to find a bargain, or the perfect shoe or accessory to go with an outfit. Great place. read more

We have been doing business with this place for several years now. I take my hat off on this family. Their customer service is amazing. They are always willing to help you with every little concern or request you may have with your clothes. Quickness, fair price and quality is a plus as well. I rarely see a place opening earlier or closing later just waiting for a customer, this just talk about the kind of service they are ready to give. There are a few cleaners in the area but this is the only one we have gone to. No reason to find or try another one since this place fills completely our expectations. read more

poor costumer service. i brought a dress to be pressed, it was pleated up top and the lines were wrinkled. at the time of pick up i mentioned that the dress did not look done right and the woman assured me that when i put it on the lines would straighten out. as i assumed the lines were still not defined as they should be. i went to ask for my money back, they said i needed to speak to the owner so i left my name and number and did not receive a call, i had to call him. i told him i had a picture of the dress and he told me that unacceptable proof. this will be my first and last time after being treated so poorly and yelled at by an owner. read more

This place is now under new management. Never once had an issue with past owners, Olga always did a wonderful job. I bought a dress months ago for my graduation in London next week. I need it to be taken in at the top, waist, and bottom. When I went in to try it on first and the seamstress wasn't even there so the owner pinned and marked it all. He told us he would call within the next day or two with a price. He never did. When we called, he told us $30. Then when we finally picked up the dress they tried charging is $40.. Come to find out, they didn't do most of what they were supposed to! Only the waist had been taken in so the top and bottom we're quite loose. When we brought it back we explained to the girl at the desk it wasn't finished. I was starting to get worried about not having the dress done on time but I later received a call from the owner saying not to worry it would be done on time (didn't even receive an apology..).When I went back to pick up my dress, they only took in the top and the bottom flared out funny where it was supposed to be taken in. I went back YET AGAIN to speak to the owner who told me to leave it and they would have it fixed. They had to keep sending my dress out because they don't have a seamstress who actually works there. I refused because I didn't trust they would actually do it right and I wouldn't have time to fix it before I left. I thought since it was a simple fix I could take in the bottom myself. Unfortunately, I was having issues with my sewing machine so couldn't be done on time and had to wear something else. So disappointed, an absolute waste! Definitely should have gotten my money refunded. But will definitely not go back here.. read more
