My tailoring needs have ranged from altering hemlines and seams on pants to an overall resizing of an expensive perforated leather jacket. Attentive, welcoming and extremely reasonable pricing.

This is my go to laundromat and I have tried several in the Natick area but between the place itself and the owner who is responsive and focused on providing great customer service I won't go anywhere else.

She laughed and laughed, and then went in the back. A bit disrespectful, but whatever. The other woman was nice and respectful, showed me what she would do and how much it would cost. The pants were ready 2 days later, and they're perfect. They collect payment up front, and give a ticket for picking up. They did a great job.

I came in around 11 am on a weekday and was immediately greeted by the staff. The measurement process was quick and efficient. I told the team that I just needed the dress back within 3 weeks but they told me that it would be ready within 2-3 days! My dress was ready on the agreed-upon date and the hemming was well done on all layers. Machines take credit cards directly or you can use quarters. Cost was close to what I paid at other laundromats in the area, maybe slightly cheaper. This is where I will come for all future large-item laundering. This laundromat was not even on my radar and I thought I had made a list of ALL the laundromats in the area. My neighbor happened to mention it and I'm glad she did. A note to the owners: even a minimal website or facebook page would be a good idea.
