Clean, organized, well marked laundry mat!…read more The comforter on my bed is too big for my own machine. I've tried to stuff it in and it just doesn't work. This place has many washers and dryers that can be operated by coins or by credit card. There are folding tables and carts readily available. A change machine that will give quarters. A machine to buy soap, softer, and laundry bags are also available. The signs state there is a number to call if needed and cameras in operation. I didn't need to call but it was nice to know I could call someone. Hours are 5 am to 9 pm with the last loads going in at 7:30 pm.

Absolutely terrible laundromat -- A Complete Waste of Money!…read more This place is an absolute disgrace. The machines repeatedly take your money without properly washing your clothes, and it seems like nearly every machine is broken. Even the quarter machine doesn't work! What makes this place even worse is the complete lack of customer service. There's a phone number posted on the wall to call for help, but every time I leave a message, nobody ever calls back. Absolutely no response, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the problem. A laundromat's most basic responsibility is to provide working machines so customers can wash their clothes. This place can't even manage that. Instead, customers are left frustrated, out of pocket, and with dirty clothes. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business somewhere else. There's no excuse for charging people for services that don't work and then completely ignoring them when they ask for help. Until the owners fix the machines and start responding to customers, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The Laundry Loft is bright and clean, they have plenty of machines, both standard and large capacity and the machines work well. Most or all machines accept both quarters and credit card. This is my go to laundromat and I have tried several in the Natick area but between the place itself and the owner who is responsive and focused on providing great customer service I won't go anywhere else.

This gives him access to his prosthetic and makes it easier to get the pants on/off. I took the pants to Lee's Tailors and there were 2 women at the desk. I told them I needed a zipper in the pant leg and showed them where (inner seam). One of the women thought that was hysterically funny - not sure why. She laughed and laughed, and then went in the back. A bit disrespectful, but whatever. The other woman was nice and respectful, showed me what she would do and how much it would cost. The pants were ready 2 days later, and they're perfect. They collect payment up front, and give a ticket for picking up. They did a great job.

I told the team that I just needed the dress back within 3 weeks but they told me that it would be ready within 2-3 days! This is where I will come for all future large-item laundering. This laundromat was not even on my radar and I thought I had made a list of ALL the laundromats in the area.
