Owner was awfully rude when ask to stop touching my laundry. The sheets needed to be readjusted but didn't even stop to ask whose stuff. Start grabbing to separate and draggi the sheets on the floor. Seven dryers not working with five dryers stopped with clothes for more than 20 minutes. I was there most of the day nothing got fixed does nothing except getting in the way collecting her money. Been before it always nice and clean but the owner needs to have some customers service skills. read more

Great Place and great owner! I would be willing to bet the people who left bad reviews never made any attempt to contact the owner and let her remedy the situation. I had to contact the owner after I made a mistake and she was a pleasure to deal with and went above an beyond to help me with my mistake. The experience made me and my family loyal customers of Laundry Loft. Laundry Loft has is conveniently located next to Roche Brothers and they are open daily until 11pm which gives me more options for when I do my laundry. The Laundry Loft is bright and clean, they have plenty of machines, both standard and large capacity and the machines work well. Most or all machines accept both quarters and credit card. This is my go to laundromat and I have tried several in the Natick area but between the place itself and the owner who is responsive and focused on providing great customer service I won't go anywhere else. read more

Had a terrible experience at JC, and came here instead. I only had $20 bills and the coin machine says no $20s, but I was pleasantly surprised that most machines now take credit cards! Extremely convenient. Just know the row of washers by the coin machines are not set up to take credit cards. read more

First visit: lost quarters in dryer. Second visit: washer didn't drain. Now awaiting sopping wet clothing to dry with more quarters wasted. There will not be a third visit. read more

I wish to give this place a 0 star because they don't even deserve a star. The vending machine ate my dollar and I called the number listed on both their yelp page and the website TWICE. The first time a guy picked up and said he's at the place when I told him what happened. I waited a few minutes and he's still not here so I called the second time. He answered and asked me how I got this number and I told him from yelp. He then asked me what yelp is. I was like -- an app? A website? He went silent for a few seconds and told me to get lost. Dude, you can just tell me you live far away or whatever. It's just a dollar. There's no need to be an a-hole. Plus, the place is pretty dirty. You might want to clean it up a little... read more

Place is always clean and the staff is super nice. The equipment is also very clean and fucntional most of the time. They have larger washers that make two weeks worth of luandry a breeze. read more

It's nice and relatively clean when it's not busy. It has a good amount of machines for washing and drying. Two coin machines and two vending machines. It's convenient with parking near the main entrance. OPEN LATE till 11pm Monday through Sunday- which is also a life saver on those late nights you can't get out early. I give it 3 stars because: although there are two coin machines, one always seems to be broken or not working. The vending machine for snacks does not seem to be restocked regularly with items that aren't expired. Also, patrons do not have access to a restroom in the laundromat- I thought this was interesting but good to know in advance. Finally, as good as it is to have a lot of machines... there are also a good number OUT OF ORDER that don't seem to ever get fixed. read more

I can't say enough about this laundromat - it's always clean, well maintained, and the owner is so lovely, not to mention extremely responsive. It's difficult to find a place to do laundry that is bright and not cramped, so I am grateful for the Laundry Loft, and highly recommend it! read more

I usually don't use laundromats but with the help of the owner I was able to make my way through the process. My experience at the Laundry Loft in Natick couldn't have been better. I hadn't been to a coin-op laundry in probably thirty years, and my expectations were low based on my previous (awful) experiences with depressing, dirty laundromats where you didn't dare leave lest all your clothes get stolen! The Laundry Loft was the complete opposite of all that. I actually found myself ENJOYING the process of laundering about 8 loads of laundry! The place is clean and airy and bright, and all the machines were in working order, and several were brand-new. The folding tables were shining clean, and there were plenty of wheeled baskets for moving wet loads from the washers to the dryers. The owner, an extremely nice woman, happened to be there when I arrived with my carload full of dirty clothes, towels, and bedding. (My husband and I moved to Natick a few weeks ago, and we haven't bought a washer and dryer yet.) Once I had all my stuff inside, the owner helped me figure out which machines to use--there are 25-lb capacity, 40-lb capacity, and 60-lb capacity washers--and showed me how I could combine loads to save money. The two change machines were in good working order, and I had no trouble at all changing my five- and ten-dollar bills into quarters. (Paper cups for your quarters, set on top of the change machines, were a nice touch, I thought.) The washers were easy to use, and I liked the fact that digital read-outs on them told me how much time was left on each one. At the Laundry Loft I would have had no qualms about leaving to do other errands (although I had a book with me and stayed), as the other customers there were friendly and polite, the location is nice, and the vibe is one of a well-run, friendly business--not a creepy, dark place where anything bad could ever happen. I have been to the Laundry Loft twice now, and I'm almost thinking I could do without a washer and dryer of my own! Even when I do have my own W/D set up at home, I will definitely return to the Laundry Loft whenever I have large items, like bedspreads or mattress covers or bathroom rugs to wash, as I don't think most household washers are designed to do a thorough job on large items. (Nice to know that a 40-lb or 60-lb capacity washer and large, efficient dryer is just a few minutes drive from my house.) In short, my experience at the Laundry Loft was extremely positive, completely exceeding my expectations. And kudos to the owner for making the Laundry Loft such a clean, friendly place, with plenty of top-of-the-line machines that she keeps in perfect running order! Highly recommend! read more

I love this laundromat. It's always clean and if I have any issues, the owner is very responsive. People are always so friendly in here and I love the location because I can run errands and feel my clothes are safe. It's nice and bright and the machines get fixed right away so there isn't "out of order" signs everywhere like other places. Even though my apt building has a laundry room, it's so much easier to get it all done here.... even my comforters and blankets too. read more

This is the BEST laundromat I've ever seen. Did my laundry here when visiting Massachusetts and wished we had something similar close to my home. I get so tired of dirty laundromats with people smoking outside the door and lots of out of order machines. This one is clean, well located, has great machines and the owner is wonderful.
