This is the dirtiest laundry house in town you might as well go to any other one, half of the washing and drying machines or more have a "not in service" sign on it because they don't work, each load wash in there costs about 9.00 which was not worth the 4 loads I did in there, the drying machine completely made my clothes smell horrible on top of it costing.35 every 5 minutes , I had to go wash it at a friends washing machine just cause of how bad it smelled, they're not even sure in there where the detergent and softener go in the machine at the top they just tell you put it in, on top of that there is major build up of gunk of detergent and softener they're probably a decade old which they don't clean, the whole building is run down, the machines are not well maintained either I would give 0 stars if possible read more

Prices are a little high $5.30 a wash 32 cents per 6 minutes for dryer There are always machines open and clean. Atmosphere is clean and friendly. Their wash, dry and fold service is prompt. The card system is a little confusing at first, but rewards more money spent with reward dollars and eliminates cumbersome quarter hunting. The staff is always ready and happy to explain the system. I used this laundromat for the first time the other day and it was horrible. I cannot deny that the owner or whoever he was working there was helpful and nice but also cannot deny that the place is VERY dirty. The machines look very old and very dirty with very old soap stuck etc They say free dry which I did appreciate BUT my clothes hardly dried! Walked in at 8PM and was told that I didn't have time to do all my clothes even though they closed at 10. I proceeded to put my clothes in and the washer worker(possibly owner) informed me that they close at 9:30. Machines of same sizes had different prices. Some dryers were free and others you had to pay for.(both the same sizes) At least 40 percent of equipment at the laundromat was broken. Had to wait for dryers, while being rushed by staff. Only to put my clothes in a dryer to find out it's not working. Some customers were told they have to come back in morning to dry their clothes. Will not be back. read more

Fantastic wash and fold service! My washing machine broke and Pro Wash was just what I needed. Quick turn around, 24 hours, and extremely reasonable; $1 per pound! The folding was amazing, I had to ask if all of my clothes were included (42lbs never looked so small). Hopefully our washer will be fixed soon but if not the car is packed and ready for another drop off. Highly recommended! read more

Don't go here, overpriced and slow. Refused to do "next day service" in under 48 hours. What a joke of a place. The front desk person basically tried to steal $ from us by refusing the 10% off discount clearly posted on their website. I think the lady has never used the internet before which might explain her confusion and general lack of skills or applicable knowledge of where she worked. read more

I have been going here for a year. It has been a good experience! But the last two times I went I ended up with black residue all over my comforters. The first time they rewashed it for me. I thought it was a one-time thing. But it has happened again. The inside of their dryers must be causing it. Maybe they need to be fully cleaned? I'm not sticking around to find out. Prowash was ok. Cheaper than the other place closer to me, but there were no carts available when I came in and I had to juggle my laundry without one to get clothes into the washer. It was crowded and people weren't paying attention, like standing in front of my dryer until I had to ask them to move and hogging the folding tables, which there weren't enough to begin with either. Pluses: card means no quarters but you do have to pay $2 for it. Plenty of seating, but overly loud TV, not a place to bring homework, sigh. They have a bathroom, but it's ok, not the best but not the worst condition I've seen. Expected a little nicer condition for a laundromat though. They have a parking lot but it was easier to park on the street. Reasonably clean but I had to watch out for a few bits of spilled detergent that the attendant missed. read more

Worst laundry center have encountered. I took my suit for a washing and upon pick up, my suit was lost. The manager was not helpful at all, he kept saying that they have many branches and that "I have to call" and trace my suit. How professional is that? I can't recommend this place to anyone. read more

DO NOT DO WASH AND FOLD HERE! I would give 0 if I could. Not only did it take forever to get my clothes because they couldn't figure out how to redeem then Yelp deal and then couldn't do the math but wouldn't listen to me either (I did the math quickly in my head but had to wait 30 minutes or so for them to give me the same answer). Then when I got home my boyfriend and I realized half of our stuff had been shrunk and the covered in lint/ dull looking. When you spend over 100 dollars for a service you expect to get that service done properly. My brand new dress is now a shirt my boyfriend new Brooke's brothers shirts and sweaters I had just gotten him were shrunk along with a bunch of other clothes... Literally about $1000 worth of clothes ruined. Just the dam sweatshirt was worth 200 that was ruined after only one time wear. I tried calling multiple times, left a voicemail, and emailed he owner directly but yet have heard a single word. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL! You don't ruin someone's wardrobe and then ignore them. You apologize and try and to fix the situation and pay back what the customer paid for a service that not only did they not properly receive but hat ruined their clothes and then a professional/respectful owner would also pay you for every article ruined HOWEVER this owner NEVER REPLIED OR SHOWED ANY CONCERN. Worst customer service and general cleaning company I have ever been to/used. Absolutely will not be returning and will tell everyone I know how awful this place is at least until I get some sort of recognition of their wrong doing and a resolution. It's sad that I need to resort to a Yelp review in attempt to get a reply. Also I get wash and fold done all the time in Boston and have never had this issue! read more
