Wool dryer balls. Fluff n fold needs to reserve a washer and dryer for employee use with no smelly detergent/softener/dryer sheets allowed. Also clean the washers periodically (Grab Green is excellent for this).

I was there most of the day nothing got fixed does nothing except getting in the way collecting her money. The experience made me and my family loyal customers of Laundry Loft. Laundry Loft has is conveniently located next to Roche Brothers and they are open daily until 11pm which gives me more options for when I do my laundry. The Laundry Loft is bright and clean, they have plenty of machines, both standard and large capacity and the machines work well. Most or all machines accept both quarters and credit card. This is my go to laundromat and I have tried several in the Natick area but between the place itself and the owner who is responsive and focused on providing great customer service I won't go anywhere else.

It's clean, parking was easy, and I only noticed one Out of Order sign. When I needed help, I only had to walk a few steps directly into the convenience store and the person working there came over to the laundry section to help me. Machines take credit cards directly or you can use quarters. Cost was close to what I paid at other laundromats in the area, maybe slightly cheaper. This is where I will come for all future large-item laundering. This laundromat was not even on my radar and I thought I had made a list of ALL the laundromats in the area. My neighbor happened to mention it and I'm glad she did. A note to the owners: even a minimal website or facebook page would be a good idea. I know I tend to follow up with businesses that I can check out online ahead of time. Saves phone calls too - post your hours, pics of your different machines, etc. Lack of a website could be why this one slipped through the cracks for me. I'm never going back! The parking is out back, and the only available space was in a puddle, not something I want to be carrying laundry though. There were people loitering in the parking lot, and sitting on the back stairs smoking. The place felt a little skeevy when I walked in and I wished I had just left! I decided to try it anyways. There were hardly any working washers, but I managed to find enough for my clothes. There was nowhere to sit that wasn't near the overly loud TV, so I went to my car. There are no timers on the washing machines so I guessed about how long it would take based on other laundromats. I came back and the attendant had removed my clothes from the washer, which made me feel kind of icky. The dryers didn't work very well and looked really old. The longer I stayed the more I noticed the dilapidated state of the place. It looks nice when you drive by outside but DON'T BE FOOLED! I wish I could get those few hours of my life back. Never again!
