I currently live in the Fenway area, which is quite a drive from West Roxbury, but since they pick up and deliver, I said... why not! And I am very pleased with my experiences with them. Definitely will continue services! They provide large reusable laundry bags for pick up and deliver, which is definitely convenient. I actually drove to the store initially to drop off my stuff and they provided me two new bags to take home and use upon delivery. The staff is super friendly and understanding! They actually forgot to give me a few things during my first pick up, but they called me back a day later and apologized for forgetting things. They scheduled a drop off for me right away and I was able to get all that I wanted. Now that's what you call convenience and great customer service. When I received my stuff, it was all neatly folded in large plastic bags and select shirts were put on hangers. I'm impressed with how meticulous the staff is in terms of cleaning AND interacting with customers. Thank you so much. Keep it going!

It wasn't a big job just, but traumatic to me. That being said, I spoke to Charles and he said he'll speak to his staff ( WIFE) And call me back, He never called back. Disappointing to the point that even though this was a small job another day, I could've had a bigger job.? and I probably could've used a back up to my original Cleaning person. So an mis-opportunity on their part. I always do believe that first impressions really count, so they failed. I would not recommend this cleaning service, they're just in it for them.
