Bob uses a purified water system to clean the windows on the outside of the house that actually makes the glass look polished. A much better outcome than traditional window cleaning. All screens were removed brought outside and cleaned in the driveway. The windows on the inside were cleaned traditionally with solution and squeegee. Bob also cleaned our center entrance chandelier that is attached to a 17' ceiling with a misting system that worked quite well. I am more than satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend Sunshine for any window cleaning needs you might have, you couldn't do better.

The cleaning service was okay, but wouldn't book with them again…read more Before the cleaners came, we agreed to a standard cleaning for $150 at 3:30pm. They kept moving the time and eventually showed up at 5:30. They charged us $180 for the cleaning though that was not the price we agreed to, and they didn't have a conversation with us about why they were increasing the price til after. We clean our 1 bed 1 bath unit regularly, and it stays in good shape. The cleaners decided that instead of a standard cleaning that we agreed to, that they were going to do a deep cleaning, without bringing this up with me. Because of the lack of reliability on this service, I wouldn't recommend to others.
