Winn Street Laundry does their laundry on premise but they send their dry cleaning out. I'm not use to their prices, they have a minimum weight and Jezzzzus, their prices was astronomical! I asked how much and gasps behind me for asking and the lady at the counter "This is Boston" look and their awards let me know YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES DONE RIGHT, SCREW THE PRICES. $7 freakin dollars for a single shirt? It was either my ego that agreed, determined to look Winn Street Laundry starched down and pressed or didn't wanna look cheap and couldn't afford their services. I said out loud "Good grief, I pay $2.79 in Houston for a man buttoned down laundry, heavy starched shirt". I felt the evil eyes trying to climb my Psalm 91 hedges of protection because one of the two tunnels here was closed due to construction and the traffic put commuter's at least 30 minutes behind and in traffic. These Bostonians need to fire up a joint which is legal here and CHILL OUT:)))) Anywho, my dry cleaning was superb and the heavy starch I requested cut my neck and was ready before time. My shirt collars was white so I had not a one complaint for my HARD earned mula. I received a text when my clothes were ready along with a reminder of the price, I like that. I learned a valuable lesson from Winn; order some white polo's from Amazon, buy Spray n Wash along with spray starch and save that money for 2 16 inch bundles of human hair:))) Here today! However, I would like to share my experience regarding other aspects of their service. I sent two suits, each with its own suit bag. When I scheduled the return delivery through Uber, I saw the pickup photo and noticed that one of my suit bags appeared to be missing. I called Star Laundry Club to ask about it, and my concern was initially somewhat dismissed, which was fair since I had not yet received the delivery yet (maybe the photo was wrong). However, when the Uber arrived, I confirmed that one of the bags was indeed missing. I called again, and they did find the missing bag. I was initially told that a staff member would deliver it on the same day as my call, but I did not receive it that day. When I followed up the next day, they apologized and was instead asked if I could pick it up myself. I politely explained that I did not think it was reasonable for me to make a separate trip to retrieve an item that should have been included in the original delivery, particularly when I had already tipped the driver. I believe the inconvenience of correcting this mistake should not fall on the customer. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the suit bag to be returned. Called again for an update, but my call was not picked up. I appreciate the quality of the dry cleaning itself, but I hope the missing item issue can be resolved soon.

There's an old fashion snack and soda machine . The dryers are very hot so you don't have to worry about drying clothes for hours or them being wet. The last two times I've come I've ran into one of the owners . He is very nice and personable with patrons and always ask if any of the machines gave us an issue and even says thank you for your business. I don't think I've ever been told that from a business owner. My only complaint would be that there isn't any AC . Luckily on hot days the door is open but sometimes that just isn't enough. So if it's too hot I will wait until it cools down at night and wait in my car in between washing /drying .
