The driver is super friendly. For the most part, they stick to their scheduled pickup/drop off window. There was one time where they were early dropping off, but I work close by and have a lot of flexibility so that isn't a big deal for me. It's not the frugal option, but when there's room in the budget, I will always have Jimmy's do my laundry.

In the case of Chandler Coin Wash, I'm happy to say this will be a great review. The washing and drying machines in my building leave room for desire, and are often filled with other people's dirt, broken pens, gum, etc. So I found myself needing to find a laundromat that I could build a relationship with. Chandler Coin Wash was the third laundromat I tried, and as is often said, "Three times is a charm!" Like many folks, I became sick due to the current pandemic, and needed to have my laundry picked up, and then delivered when it was finished being washed and folded. If you've never had this service done for you, I don't recommend you try it at any of the other laundromats in town - I didn't have good experiences until I called Chandler Coin Wash. They came to my home the same day I called them. I realize that they don't always do this, and scheduling is necessary at times, but they're happy to work with people, and it shows! The nice man that took my laundry was professional, he wore a mask, and he was quick about his business! I asked him about the pricing, and I was Happy to learn that Chandler Coin Wash was easily the least expensive option available out of the three laundromats I had tried so far. The real treasure here though is what I received when I had my clothes delivered to me. First of all, if you've never had your clothes professionally washed, the difference between a home wash and a professional wash is amazing! These clothes smelled, and felt absolutely wonderful. Chandler Coin Wash though, despite having a lower price, got my clothes back to me in a much better fashion than any of the laundromats I had the opportunity to work with. I have to leave a note about the way they were folded. I don't know how they can possibly take the time to fold every article of clothing the way that they do, but one can tell that they pay a lot of attention to detail in a very meticulous fashion. I would highly recommend that everyone give Chandler Coin Wash a try if they're considering their pickup and drop-off service. I'll certainly be giving them my business for the foreseeable future, especially during this pandemic where going out to do laundry on one's own is not only time consuming, but can also pose a risk to one's safety. Give them a call! You'll be happy you did!

Recently came back from a long trip and the last thing on earth we wanted to do was the 6 loads of laundry we left behind or the ultra dirty clothes still in our luggage. I printed up the groupon for 40 lbs of laundry for $20. Heaved my laundry into my car and headed down. They open at 7am so it was really perfect before work to get those clothes off my mind. Weighed in at the intake and a nice woman said she'd call me when they were done. I was new so I left my phone # and address on a sticky note at the counter. The whole day passed and I never got a phone call. Late in the day before I left work, I figured I'd give them a shout. A different girl answered and confirmed my clothes were done. No call. but hey they are done! I got there and they had already put my clean clothes in a laundry carrier to make it a litle easier to get outside to my car. Because I had gone over the 40 lbs ( yeah tons of clothes it was embarrassing almost) Easy checkout, processed the groupon without any issue and they have a tablet POS system so you can sign with your finger and get an email receipt! I now have ultra clean, expertly folded, and fresh smelling clothes to wear again! Thank you Eco Bubblies you have gained a customer for life!

I was really nervous because the dress was delicate and needed to fit just right, but they were so professional, kind, and detail-oriented throughout the whole process. The staff was also super friendly and made me feel confident leaving such an important dress with them. I got so many compliments at prom, and I truly felt beautiful wearing my dress thanks to their work. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs alterations or dry cleaning -- especially for special events!
