They have machines and dryers so big you could do multiple loads in one. Plenty of the rolling baskets with hanger bar. Nice people go there, and everyone seems happy to chat if you like... very safe too (across the street from the police department). If I had to find something to nit pick, it would be that one letter in the word Laundromat outside the building is missing. That's how hard I had to hunt for a complaint, the place is great.

She picks them up at Clinton Turner Hall and returns them in a few short days. Both times they were sparkling clean, folded and bagged beautifully so that they stay that way. If you need wash & fold service she and her friendly staff are the way to go. They are very reasonable as well.

Start grabbing to separate and draggi the sheets on the floor. Seven dryers not working with five dryers stopped with clothes for more than 20 minutes. I was there most of the day nothing got fixed does nothing except getting in the way collecting her money. Been before it always nice and clean but the owner needs to have some customers service skills.

I had to contact the owner after I made a mistake and she was a pleasure to deal with and went above an beyond to help me with my mistake. The experience made me and my family loyal customers of Laundry Loft. Laundry Loft has is conveniently located next to Roche Brothers and they are open daily until 11pm which gives me more options for when I do my laundry. The Laundry Loft is bright and clean, they have plenty of machines, both standard and large capacity and the machines work well. Most or all machines accept both quarters and credit card. This is my go to laundromat and I have tried several in the Natick area but between the place itself and the owner who is responsive and focused on providing great customer service I won't go anywhere else.
