No one works at it which is weird since I have never experinced this. They have a soda machine and wifi. The signs are all spelled wrong and my teacher self was very distressed by the lack of professionalism and grammar. Joking aside it could have been cleaner, no tv and the wifi password was posted but wrong. After a few guesses I managed to get on but still if you are advertising wifi at least post your password correctly. The machines are decently priced, again I have only done laundry in Boston so may be high for this area. And unlike Maribeth said it is 6 mins per quarter on the driers. They have a change machine but it is cash only.

I'm sure the staff used it as directed, but the blanket still came back stinking of scented detergent/fabric softener. So stinky that it has made the coverlet and sheets on the bed stink too (even after washing them).. So obviously they don't have a washer/dryer set aside for those who prefer not to cover their laundry (and thereby themselves) with chemical scents that are bad for their health, the environment, and their clothing/bedding. Everyone, please switch to an unscented detergent and oxygen bleach, stop using fabric softener (which is not only unhealthy but destroys textiles), and try wool dryer balls.

The woman who works there is very nice. I have been trying to make this Dry Cleaner work for me for the past 6 months as I like the convenient location and the woman, however, several times over the past 6 months, I have received my dry cleaning back, and the sleeves were not pressed, though the collar, front, and back were pressed. I asked the woman to please let whoever she is sending the dry cleaning out to in Worcester to let them know that they need to make sure that they press the sleeves also. She said, okay, but I'm still getting my shirts back at times without the sleeves pressed. Whether the woman actually said anything to the Worcester people or not, I'll never know. What I do know is that I'll be moving on to a different Dry Cleaner because of it.
