When I showed the man, he looked surprised and understood my dissatisfaction. Did not apologize. I immediately asked for my money back, he said he could not do that but if I brought the dress back after the event I was going to wear it to, the woman would fix it. He told me to wear it to the event as no one would notice - really???? I didn't wear it but I brought it back. He told me it would be ready the following Tuesday. I went back on Thursday. As soon as he saw me he made a phone call and spoke a language unfamiliar to me. He then told me my dress was not ready - apparently he telephoned the woman. Again no apology. I said something like wow this is how you run a business. He said you only have to come back one more time. So unprofessional. He told me to come back Monday. Too bad I was planning to wear it that weekend, oh well... I went back Monday. The woman put the dress on the counter (not on a hanger or folded - messy). The first time I went to pick it up it was on a hanger with a plastic bag over it - as one would expect. I looked at the hem, it was ok. During the time I was there not a word was spoken. I had nothing good to say and apparently they didn't feel the need to apologize. As I was walking out the man said something like have a nice day. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE.
