I had such an amazing experience here! I brought in my prom dress to be hemmed, and they did an absolutely perfect job. I was really nervous because the dress was delicate and needed to fit just right, but they were so professional, kind, and detail-oriented throughout the whole process. When I picked up the dress, it fit like it was made for me. The hemming looked flawless, and they finished everything on time, which made prom prep so much less stressful. The staff was also super friendly and made me feel confident leaving such an important dress with them. 3 pairs of pants shortened. Each pair had different lengths for left and right leg. When I brought the pants back, the front deak peraon guessed the reason I was there (" one leg shortwr than the other?). Plus sweater and shorts dry cleaned shrink....If you have other options, suggeat you use them. read more

The staff of adorable, Brazilian women could not be nicer ( though some of them look like kids ! ). The seamstress did a terrific job making some repairs on a Barbour jacket, for a great price. My one issue is that the store is stiflingly-hot during the Summer. It appears that it does have air conditioning, and I can't help but suspect the the owner is too cheap to fix/run it. It really bothers me to see hard-working, immigrants subjected to such bad working conditions in 2019. read more

I brought a button down shirt in that was a little unique, had some studs on the collar. The employer didn't say anything when I dropped it off about it being a problem getting cleaned. I left it for the weekend and came to pick it up and a stud was missing and the paint had chipped from the studs. I asked to talk to the manager, he informed me that this type of shirt was different than what they've had before and was completely apologetic about the damage. I'm writing a positive review about these unfortunate circumstances because the customer services as amazing. The manager quickly gave me options on what we could do, researched the shirt and paid for the damage of the shirt (not reimbursed me for the cleaning of the shirt, but paid for the shirt). With the unfortunate event, the manager made it as positive as possible. Great customer service! read more

I brought a white linen blazer in to clean at the end of the winter and picked it up and put it away for a couple months until it was warm enough to where. I pulled it out and it was yellowed and the small spots not even cleaned. I brought it back to address the issues and was told to leave it for the manager to handle. Well, a week later and couple calls, I was asked by the manager about where I purchased the jacket, when, and that it was probably a defect in the manufacturing so no replacement. Talking about passing the buck. Well, they finally actually dry cleaned the jacket and - surprise - it came out fine. Two weeks of hassle. I was given a 10$ gift card. I used it to get my winter coat cleaned and this came back - dirty and linty. I had them take it back and try again. Then I never went back. read more
