Sincerely the rudest business owner I've ever encountered. Went here for dress alteration and when I was asked what shoes I was wearing I was insulted and Talked to like I was stupid because I didn't know the exact inch size of the heels . It's sad because I came here last year for my wedding dress alterations and didn't have this issue. When I explained that to him I was a previous customer of his he said it was impossible that he touched my dress without knowing what size heel I was wearing. Why would someone make that up? I wish I could leave zero stars...I paid $20 (overpriced) for a zipper replacement for a casual knee length dress. I asked the owner if he would give me a discount as his prices are NOT comparable with other tailors in the area. I then noticed that the dress was not even pressed, what a disgrace! I asked about this and was told that I should have requested it. I conversed with owner, politely expressing my disappointment, I was told that if I came back, he would give me a discount. I just smiled, paid and left. I found the owner to be condescending, and possibly delusional...as if I would ever return to give him any more of my business. I would never be so foolish as to give him another opportunity to rip me off. I wont be returning, and I will be sure to express my sentiments to any of my peers who may use his services. Excellent service! I went in to get a zipper on my down coat fixed, and was expecting to have to leave it for evaluation and repairs for at least a few days. I was in and out within 10 minutes, with a new zipper, a few new tines and a properly closing jacket-- and it only cost me $10. I didn't catch the name of the man who helped me but he was very sweet and said he wanted to be sure I'd be warm all winter. If I need more tailoring or clothing repairs, I will definitely come back here. read more

I've gotten great fits and great service for a wide range of designer dresses, blazers, tops, and jeans. And even good advice on what shouldn't be modified so as not to interfere with the design. I live in New York City which has a million tailor shops and yet I will only get my shirts tailored by the owner of Perfect Fit Tailor. The owner Ahmad is wonderful to work with, truly just a great businessman. For my sisters wedding he got the wedding party custom made suits that were absolutely beautiful and cost 400 dollars less than what they would have cost anywhere. He also did all the tailoring for free, and tailored a shirt of mine for free just because. I changed my mind on how I wanted to get the suit tailored multiple times and each time I suggested a change he didn't blink an eye. He just said absolutely and didn't stop till I was satisfied. came here to have a bridesmaid dress altered that already fit pretty well, the straps needed to be tightened a little bit, it needed to be shortened and bustled and there was a strap on the back that needed to be taken off. Everything else that was done looks fine except for the straps. They were completely uneven and looked worse than they did before I came in. One strap was far too tight while the other was too loose and since it's a low cut dress it was completely revealing and would look awful in pictures. The service was standard and friendly, but since it's now two days before the wedding I'll have to pay another exorbitant fee on top of the $120 we were charged at Perfect Fit to get a same-day fix. read more

I went in around 9:15 in the morning and the owner dropped what he was doing and let out my pants for $15-- and took less than 10 minutes to do it. Love this place, I'm very particular about my clothing and how it fits, they tailor everything with incredible quality and attention to detail. They're very nice to customers too which is always great. And the price point is good too. Only thing is the drive is far and the roads in Worcester are bad, if you aren't from the area be cautious driving the highway is awful. read more

I ordered my wedding dress from an Etsy shop (long story) and the seamstress did a fantastic job for not ever seeing me in person, so obviously I needed to have some alterations done. Many tailors would not take the job, but these guys did. They were so kind and friendly to me from the moment I walked in to the moment the job was done. They worked quickly and efficiently, charged a fair rate, and got the work done quickly and very accurately. My dress fits PERFECTLY. I've never had an article of clothing fit so well. As I was pinning it back up to it's hanger, I pricked my finger and got some blood on the dress - I was mortified. They corrected it right away.
