It has a make shift parking spot with room enough for one car to quickly drop off/pick up. There's plenty of space on the side street though. I really like the automated paperslips and receipts which prints out a barcode/number along with the breakdown of costs. It even prints out when to expect pickup with date and time. You can be sure that your clothes are your clothes and won't go missing. Even with the amount of clothes they have in inventory, they have a large automated clothes hanger that keeps everything pretty organized. The cost breakdown was $15.90 for the suits, $5.50 for the pants, and $5.50 for the shirt. The total bill came out to $26.90. Price can't be beat as I'm use to having to pay about $3 -$4 more at other locations. Would definitely recommend this place for quick and fair service!

However, I would like to share my experience regarding other aspects of their service. I sent two suits, each with its own suit bag. When I scheduled the return delivery through Uber, I saw the pickup photo and noticed that one of my suit bags appeared to be missing. I called Star Laundry Club to ask about it, and my concern was initially somewhat dismissed, which was fair since I had not yet received the delivery yet (maybe the photo was wrong). However, when the Uber arrived, I confirmed that one of the bags was indeed missing. I called again, and they did find the missing bag. I was initially told that a staff member would deliver it on the same day as my call, but I did not receive it that day. When I followed up the next day, they apologized and was instead asked if I could pick it up myself. I politely explained that I did not think it was reasonable for me to make a separate trip to retrieve an item that should have been included in the original delivery, particularly when I had already tipped the driver. I believe the inconvenience of correcting this mistake should not fall on the customer. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the suit bag to be returned. Called again for an update, but my call was not picked up. I appreciate the quality of the dry cleaning itself, but I hope the missing item issue can be resolved soon.

The washing and drying machines in my building leave room for desire, and are often filled with other people's dirt, broken pens, gum, etc. So I found myself needing to find a laundromat that I could build a relationship with. Chandler Coin Wash was the third laundromat I tried, and as is often said, "Three times is a charm!" Like many folks, I became sick due to the current pandemic, and needed to have my laundry picked up, and then delivered when it was finished being washed and folded. If you've never had this service done for you, I don't recommend you try it at any of the other laundromats in town - I didn't have good experiences until I called Chandler Coin Wash. They came to my home the same day I called them. I realize that they don't always do this, and scheduling is necessary at times, but they're happy to work with people, and it shows! The nice man that took my laundry was professional, he wore a mask, and he was quick about his business! I asked him about the pricing, and I was Happy to learn that Chandler Coin Wash was easily the least expensive option available out of the three laundromats I had tried so far. The real treasure here though is what I received when I had my clothes delivered to me. First of all, if you've never had your clothes professionally washed, the difference between a home wash and a professional wash is amazing! These clothes smelled, and felt absolutely wonderful. Chandler Coin Wash though, despite having a lower price, got my clothes back to me in a much better fashion than any of the laundromats I had the opportunity to work with. I have to leave a note about the way they were folded. I don't know how they can possibly take the time to fold every article of clothing the way that they do, but one can tell that they pay a lot of attention to detail in a very meticulous fashion. I would highly recommend that everyone give Chandler Coin Wash a try if they're considering their pickup and drop-off service. I'll certainly be giving them my business for the foreseeable future, especially during this pandemic where going out to do laundry on one's own is not only time consuming, but can also pose a risk to one's safety. Within…read more24 hours my laundry is picked up from my front door, washed, dried, fluffed, folded and dropped off at my front door. The clothes are always neatly folded and organized by type. The driver is super friendly. For the most part, they stick to their scheduled pickup/drop off window. There was one time where they were early dropping off, but I work close by and have a lot of flexibility so that isn't a big deal for me. It's not the frugal option, but when there's room in the budget, I will always have Jimmy's do my laundry.
