This is the only store where I can spend over $1000 and leave happy - their suits are high-quality and well tailored the best part about it is they are extremely affordable but will make you look like 1000 bucks- if you're looking for a suit store that's going to give you more options then men's Wearhouse JCPenney, Go to this store - because you're gonna save a few hundred dollars and wear one of the finest suits with the best quality fabrics- one thing about me if I'm gonna spend money on a suit the quality has to be great - believe me you won't regret it- these people are very honest professional, and they prefer to good customer service then to scam somebody off of their money- I have been going to them for years and never had a problem as a matter of fact I get the greatest discounts ever - and save lots of money because they value my service and I value them. I wouldn't buy my suits in nowhere else.     I went in to the Auburn, MA location with my son and his fiance to purchase a suit for him and…read morechoose rental suits for his groomsmen. We were greeted by a young man who just said "yah?". When we said we had an appointment, he said he had to get someone else. Another young man (Matt V.)comes out, no smile, no greeting and asks what we are there for. He took down the wedding party information on his Ipad, never once smiling or making eye contact and acted as if we were keeping him from something else. He told us that one of the rental suits we were looking at was boxy and we shouldn't get it. But offered no suggestions for other suits. A third young man came over and started asking questions. His fly was unzipped. I started asking questions about the kinds of suits and colors (we wanted gray) and both told us we would have to rent tuxes. My son said he didn't want that style (several times, actually) and could they show us some options/samples. We were informed that they do not have samples of the rental suits. How is someone supposed to rent suits for their wedding and not actually see what the suit looks like? I then asked if we could see something similar. Matt sighed loudly and walked from behind the counter. The other young man then says something about us having to choose from what is in the book. I said again that we were looking to purchase a suit for my son. They both acted put out that that is what we wanted and exchanged words between themselves. Then a woman came out of the back and told us we had to get a tux if we wanted gray. I then said we were going to reconsider where we got the suits and left. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The employees have almost no working knowledge of the product and customer service was non-existent. We should have left as soon as the first guy greeted us with "yah".

I went in around 7:00 on 6/17/13 looking for a vest, it took about five minutes for one of the employees to break away from their conversation long enough for me to get his attention. Our conversation went as follows: Salesman: "You got a question?" Me: "I'm looking for a gray vest, do you have any other vests besides what is here on this rack?" Salesman: "That's all we have." Me: "Do you know if anyone else around would have vests? Macy's maybe?" Salesman: "I wouldn't know that." (Then he walked away) I guess he didn't have any interest in selling anything, the funny thing is that I probably would have bought one of the vests off of the rack too. I have worked in retail before, he had me in the store, which is half the battle... Oh we'll, I found what I was looking for elsewhere.
