Service was friendly. I appreciated that they laid my sweater over the bottom of the hanger instead of hanging it. It was $8 for my cardigan and $10 for my blazer. Well worth it bc I don't trust myself to launder these items at home. I will probably come here seasonally. I dropped my items off for dry cleaning on Monday and it was available for pick-up Thursday evening. I think it might've been possible to pick-up sooner but I assured the guy I was in no rush. I would recommend this place for the more expensive, dry clean only items in your wardrobe. read more

This is the only dry cleaner we use. They do an excellent job regardless of the garment. Shirts, pants, leather jackets, suits, etc are all cleaned professionally and properly pressed. We use them for all of our alterations. I have all of my dress shirts altered to fit my body properly because I have to buy them big to fit my shoulders. They really do a great job at adjusting the dimensions to provide a comfortable and clean looking fit. Very friendly and very helpful, they really go above and beyond to help everyone feel welcomed and valued as a customer. read more

I've brought several dresses to get hemmed and have utilized their dry cleaning services as well. Highly recommend because they are efficient and very kind. No complaints read more

I have been going here for over 20 years at this point. I think in all that time, and all of those trips, I had one minor problem that they went above and beyond to take care of. They are friendly, easy to work with, and flexible. Their prices are reasonable. read more

I have taken multiple items in for cleaning and alteration. They're always friendly and they've done a great job with my items. I've had pants hemmed and dresses taken in. Finding a good, reasonably priced tailor is so hard and I'm glad I found this place! read more

Horrible customer service. Mai never hemmed my dress, a service for which I paid $75. I was a bridesmaid and was tripping over it all night. She refused to refund. Would highly suggest finding a different seamstress. read more

Went back (for the last time) to pick up some dresses and sweaters. Still no shirts! And no customer service

I brought my coat here for a new zipper. I checked the zipper (which costed me $55) upon pick up and it was fine. It was not until I decided to wear the coat a couple days later that I noticed burn marks on the leather shoulder patches. I immediately took the coat back to them and pointed out the burns they caused on my coat. Only to be told that I "agreed" to this because someone wrote OK on my receipt. I could not for the life of me understand how they could insinuate that anyone in their right mind would agree to the possibly of getting a less then a year old coat back with burn marks on them. I am disgusted and disappointed at the horrible customer service, the lack of accountability, the the down right refusal to rectify a problem they created. Especially since my husband and I have spend hundreds of dollars with them on dry cleaning over the course of a few years! Be cautious before taking any of your clothing here especially those things of value! read more

Great service every time! I've hemmed over 3 pants here now and still keep coming back for tailoring and dry cleaning.

I needed a patch sewn on a denim jacket. Fast service and reasonably priced. I'm a perfectionist and would of been a little bit more happy if they took the time to line it up straight it's a little crooked but otherwise it's put on well. read more

Ive had a few dry cleaners and I really like this place. The people are really nice and they offer same day service if you need it. I mean when you go there you can get a shirt laundered and pressed for a buck and a half...its great. Every time I go in there friendly....what else could you want at the dry cleaners? read more

I took a new blazer to them as a first time customer. The jacket was red and it bled into the white lining. I took the jacket back and they said that they couldn't do anything about it. I have never had that issue before. They then claimed that it's because they don't use chemicals. They refused to do anything to help me or replace the item. There are so many other cleaners that take good care of their customers. I am not going back there and am going to keep searching. read more

This dry cleaners I've been going to for a long time my whole family goes here we love them!!!

My wife and I have been using these cleaners for about 15 years. We have used them for regular dry cleaning and occasionally very difficult alterations, with the exception of few misshapes, their service is very good and I dare to say above average, also very accommodating if you need something to be done in a hurry. The staff and the owner are kind and courteous all the time. Their prices for regular dry cleaning and alterations are very reasonable compared to other cleaners that we have used when they are closed. read more

My first review dated 9/7/12 was filtered. I'm upset over that because I don't know why. I did not like the way these people treated me. The owner practically demanded cash. He saw that I had a $20 dollar bill and a debit card in my hand and he kept trying to get me to give him cash. I wanted to use a debit card. Then, I'm guessing it was his wife on the other side of the room, raised her voice and said "$10 minimum, $10 minimum. I had slacks hemmed and it cost $9. I could not believe how pushy they were to get cash from me. Very, very bad business. I will never ever go to them again. They lost a customer and I feel they embarrassed me in front of other patrons. read more

this place doesn't even deserve one star!!!! they are so irresponsible and inconsiderate. all they care about is getting paid and not the quality of there work. I gave them a very expensive jacket and they didn't have the decency to call me and tell me they didn't have what It needed to be fixed so they just put poor quality material on it and didn't care to let me know. these people are inconsiderate and don't take pride in their work. do not I repeat do not go here!!!! read more
