Unless you specifically ask for faster things are usually ready in around a week and always impeccably clean. I've brought a few items over the years with various stains or dinginess that I couldn't get out myself and they've always worked wonders. In response to your note to me your employee told me it would be done on Friday. So I agreed to that. I expected the job to be done. It wasn't touched in 5 days. I took the same coat to another cleaners and the coat was repaired and cleaned in 4 days. I'm sorry I called and upset your employee but I didn't pick the completion date your employee did. Best kept secret for those of us without washer/dryer at home. This place does a phenomenal job with my laundry (drop off and pay $1 per pound for wash/dry/fold) and my dry cleaning. I did the math and for about what would be a full load at the laundrymat is usually only around $10-$12 here. If you add up what you'd spend on the washer and dryer and add a little bit for your time its a no-brainer. They also fix broken buttons and other stuff for me for free. I had the best experience here today. I called in the morning and talked to the owner on the phone about fixing a zipper to get a quote. Dropped in a while later. The zipper wasn't really broken but stuck. What a great customer service! The guy didn't even charge me anything even though he did spend a good 5mins trying to get it moving again. METRO CLEANERS IS THE BEST!! It is a great family owned business who are very fast, flexible, friendly, and cheap. Whenever I go in I am always greeted with smiles which is very welcoming. I have been going to them for 10 years now and I have never had a problem with their work. There is no other cleaners that do as good as a job as them. They get the toughest and oldest stains out and make my suits look new! Their drop off/pick up location in Beverly is very convenient when I am in a rush on my way back from work.
