When he damaged an expensive man's suit, his answer was - he does not do so - the customers do so. It made no sense, as he had the clothing, not the customer. He used foul language and through the clothing that he said he just cleaned on the floor, after being paid to clean them all, including the suit that he colored in error. You would think a customer who spends hundreds and hundreds of dollars there would get better treatment.

Several of my colleagues go here and have raved about Christina and her work, so I entrusted them and her. I needed the back taken in as it pushed out too much, the bottom taken up as I'm short (even with heels), cups added into the chest area, and the bright white cups the designer put under the lace taken out. Christina did an excellent job with all the alterations she made. She was friendly, personable, efficient, and talented. At my final fitting, I wasn't loving how my chest sat in the dress with the cups and Christina made sure I was happy before leaving that day. We altered the cups quite a few times until it worked with my body. I brought the coat to Taguhi at Broadway Tailoring to see if it could be replaced. She spent some time to see if it was a simple fix without replacing the zipper. However, we both agreed that replacement was the best option. Well, not only did she do a fantastic job replacing the zipper, she used a two way zipper so that I could unzip the coat from the bottom when I was getting in and out of my car!!!! She not only fixed the zipper but also the problem. You can be sure this is not the last time I use Broadway Tailoring for any of my tailoring needs.
