I walked into a next door tailor to see if someone professional can actually do the service I'm looking for, once I found a tailor I went back to ladies and men's tailor to get my dress and go to another shop and she physically grabbed my dress out my hand and refused to let me take it. She also accused me of hitting her in her face when she realized I wasn't going to pay for the shabby service. I had to get the police involved and at the end of the day had to pay the 260 dollars for an awfully serviced dress, the police officer actually recommended that I take her to small claims court and also recommended using the tailor next door. for a officer to tell me to not use a business because this is what happens speaks volumes. I truly hope this lady serves justice because I was robbed and embarrassed.

I had to exchange my original dress for a larger size so the the woman at this establishment could take fabric out since she said she couldn't add any to the original size I got. Fast forward to the time of getting it tailored. I was charged $115, and the dress was still too big on me. I was in a time crunch and couldn't explore other options or dispute the lack of quality of work, but I spent way too much for a job not well done. She said she couldn't take out more fabric because of the style of dress, but when I went to the wedding (swimming in the dress, mind you) I ran into a seamstress that was invited who ended up pinning my dress in the back and saying how easy of a fix it would have been. On top of it all, tailored outfits can only be paid in cash. I live in Georgia and had to fly in for the wedding and pick up my dress, and honestly forgot about this policy, but it doesn't really make sense since there is a sign that clear says "major credit cards accepted". She kindly took my card, but I could tell it was an issue. I don't think I'll be back- I definitely paid a lot for for adjustments that weren't made and excuses for not doing the work.

The prices are the best I have seen in the area. They are fast. Never taking longer then a couple of days and faster if requested. They use modern systems and are able to email your receipt and notify you by email when your items are ready for pickup. Not married to the ticket as they can look you up on their computer. Barcodes are used on the clothes so drop-off is quick and easy. I have also had minor repair work done there and the work has been terrific. 24-hour drop-off is very convenient. Once I dropped off shirts after 9am on Saturday. I explained to them I had a meeting on Monday morning I needed one of the shirts for. I was told they were super busy but could have them done by 8am on Monday morning. That will work I thought. I received an email 3 hours and 7 minutes later my shirts were ready to pick up. Wow that is fast! Made my Monday morning go much smoother and the meeting was a success. Definitely glad I found this place. Check them out.
