I'd say 65% of the driers in the facility are currently broken and not running and a handful of the washers are broken as well. This makes the wait time for a machine extremely long, especially during the busy after work hours. Also, they offer this promotion where if you earn up to a certain number of "points" you get $8 of cash back. We have been coming here for 5 years every two weeks and have NEVER hit that threshold. It's literally impossible to earn the $8 of cash back, so it's a useless joke of a promotion.

My clothes were washed without any detergent, and when I informed the staff, the response was that "it's not the machine's problem" and there was nothing they could do. I do not recommend this place and I hope they urgently improve both their hygiene and customer service.

I'm greeted with smiles & such kindness as soon as I walk in. I have had such great experiences with their services! Quick turnaround & reasonable pricing! Recently, I had dropped off a suit for dry cleaning which I needed for work purposes in 2 days. I had called in on the morning of the day that I planned to pick up to ensure it'll be done. Per usual, they had it done on time. However, due to my mistake for not checking their Saturday hours & for missing their email since I got busy with work, I believed I was out of luck & would not be getting my suit for my flight the next day. I called their number an hour after close not expecting someone to pick up but thought it couldn't hurt to try & one of the sweet ladies picked up! I had asked if there was any possible way to come by & still retrieve my suit. She had informed me that they had closed & she had just got home, but she would drive back from a few towns over just to get me my suit that evening! I was blown away. Thank you for your incredible service. I cannot recommend Lapels in Malden enough!
