The lady who owns the place and does the majority of the work, I will say, is expert at what she does. The first few times I brought in pants to be altered, she did them perfectly.
However, over a period of time, the service declined SHARPLY. More than once, I've come to pick up my clothes days after they were supposed to be ready and they weren't. I also had to bring items back repeatedly because they were altered incorrectly or even slightly damaged. There have been other incidents, more of them than I even care to recount. She never was apologetic or offered a discount for any of the inconveniences. Todays' fiasco ended in a heated argument and a declaration that I will never be back.
Perhaps others are experiencing better service, I don't know. But I know that what I've experienced has been atrocious. they don't seem to demonstrate appreciation for loyal customers, nor do they practice common sense customer service. read more
