I have to use tons of fabric softener sheets in the dryer in order to mask the smell. The dryers are not consistent with times. You can put a quarter in one dryer and get 5 minutes, but the dryer next to it will give you only four minutes, even though it's the same exact dryer. A few times, there's been people in there who have been a little disruptive, and I'm seeing more people either without homes or with substance issues/criminal in there hanging out and using the free Wi-Fi. One person openly talked on his cell phone trying to get someone to pick him up and saying he just got out of jail, and he had nowhere to go so he was hanging there until he figured something out. Really uncomfortable. Been going here for a really long time, but things have definitely gone downhill over the last couple of years.

Recently came back from a long trip and the last thing on earth we wanted to do was the 6 loads of laundry we left behind or the ultra dirty clothes still in our luggage. I printed up the groupon for 40 lbs of laundry for $20. Heaved my laundry into my car and headed down. They open at 7am so it was really perfect before work to get those clothes off my mind. Weighed in at the intake and a nice woman said she'd call me when they were done. I was new so I left my phone # and address on a sticky note at the counter. The whole day passed and I never got a phone call. Late in the day before I left work, I figured I'd give them a shout. A different girl answered and confirmed my clothes were done. No call. but hey they are done! I got there and they had already put my clean clothes in a laundry carrier to make it a litle easier to get outside to my car. Because I had gone over the 40 lbs ( yeah tons of clothes it was embarrassing almost) Easy checkout, processed the groupon without any issue and they have a tablet POS system so you can sign with your finger and get an email receipt! I now have ultra clean, expertly folded, and fresh smelling clothes to wear again! Thank you Eco Bubblies you have gained a customer for life!

When I went to pick the dress up, one minor stain was pointed out and I was told that the woman could not get the stain out. When I arrived home and looked at the dress, there were 7 incredibly noticeable stains that were still present. I called and explained to the woman that all of the stains that I had specifically told her about were still there. I asked for my money back because the dress, minus a couple of watermarks, was exactly the same as when I brought it to her, and I had paid $40 for something I could have handwashed myself. She said she told me that they couldn't garuntee anything, and refused to give me my money back. I was never told this. She also said she called while they were cleaning it to tell me the stains weren't coming out, which is also untrue because the call was to ensure I knew about some rips in the armpits before she proceeded. She even further claimed that she told me from the start that she wouldn't be able to get the stains out which is also untrue, because then I wouldn't have even bothered having it cleaned. She said she wouldn't give me my money back because the woman who cleaned it still had to pay for the chemicals, but although she may have "cleaned" it, my $600 dress is still not clean and I probably will never be able to wear it again. Customer service is about providing the customer with the best possible experience, and sometimes it does come at a cost, but that's what makes a business. If you don't like your food at a restaurant, the restaurant still has to pay for the food that they made for you but they will still correct the mistake. It doesn't matter that she paid for these chemicals to clean the dress, it's still not clean, and so I should be entitled to a refund, but this is being refused by a very rude, inconsiderate, and unbearabley uncaring employee who knows nothing about customer service or how to run a business.

Laundry Party LLC has no ties to NYC and the lawyers of Dash & Associates of NYC are not licensed in the state of Massachusetts. Ben has made NO attempt to amicably settle this matter, instead he's illegally hired an NYC law firm to intimidate, threaten, slander, bully, and harass me to try to force me to remove this 100% honest review. See photo I've attached, Laundry party washed my light color clothes, either with my dark clothes, or someones dark clothes. And the shirt on the right which used to be the same color as the one on the left, came back dingey blueish gray color. Ben claims my clothing is cheap quality and it faded. Thats impossible. Bens company washed both shirts several times over the course of 3 months. But the week in question, only the shirt on the right was washed by Laundry Party, not the one on the left. The one on the right as you can see, came back horribly discolored. When asked about it, Ben refused to discuss any compensation whatsoever, and instead blamed me, then illegally hired an out of state lawyer to harass me. Someone named Attorney Barbara Harper from the offices of Dash and Associates of New York City NY. Ben was apparently thinking he would intimidate, scare, bully, and harass a senior citizen into dropping this issue and removing the 100% honest reviews I have left here and on Google. Harassing, abusing, intimidating a senior citizen is illegal. Ben also lied to the lawyer that claims he has tried to amicably settle this with me. He has not. He called ONCE told me he would not compensate me and after a few minutes hung up on me. I have proof I called Ben over a dozen times, emailed several times, sent a note in my laundry bag as well, all asking politely to have a conversation to settle this. Ben knows my name, my phone number, my address as well as the contact information for the state of Massachusetts department he has a contract with, to do laundry for elderly persons. And Ben has refused to contact me, return calls, answer emails, and he refused to discuss it when asked by the state of Massachusetts department he's contracted with. Ben, nor anyone from Laundry Party have tried to negotiate this in good faith at all. He's trying to get out of taking responsibility for what happened to my clothing. See the photo, that's 100% proof a load of my clothes was ruined by Laundry Party. Ben also lied and said I never sent the clothing back so he could try to clean it. I sent it back several times and every time it came back just as dingey nasty bluish gray as you see in them photo. Now Ben and Dash and Associates have opened themselves up to have legal charges of threats, intimidation, harassment and bullying of a senior citizen. Dash and Associates and Ms. Barbara Harper are NOT licensed to do business in the state of Massachusetts and have NO business sending legal communications to anyone living in Massachusetts.
