Too small, not enough parking. Needs bigger machines to handle more in 1 load, especially bulky items.

I have used this laundromat about half a dozen times in the past 24 months when I have large or bulky items to wash that my machine at home won't accommodate. Today I brought my 5x7 machine washable area rug and I put it in one of the large capacity machines. While it was washing I went across the street and when I came back the rug wasn't in the machine. The cycle still had time left on it so I knew it most likely wasn't stolen. Instead, the rug was taken out of the machine (mid cycle) by the owner, leaving me with a very heavy water logged and soapy rug. I've met the owner a couple time previous to this and she is a very unpleasant woman with zero customer service etiquette. Very clean, with fast washing machines (25 mins or less) and dryers were powerful and fast. Some people said in the reviews you could only load 8-14 mins at a time on the dryers but that is incorrect. Just hold your card on the pay pad again and it loads another 8-14 mins. I also liked that you could extra large loads and regular sized loads the price is different for each. I would definitely come back. Only issue, there was no bathroom (or it may not have been working). Good WiFi too. The TVs are loud so bring earphones if you don't like listening to the news. read more

This laundromat was convenient and placing money on their machine cards was easy. The signs say no waiting or folding in the facility due to COVID, but people still do. The parking lot on the left side is easier to back out of, you do not want to park in the front bc you will be backing out directly into traffic. Washing machines were alittle expensive. I think the cheapest were the traditional washers at $2.90/machine. Dryers were cheap at $0.25/8 mins. Would come here again if I need to do laundry again. read more

This place rocks- they have those huge washers/dryers you can do large bedding pieces in. Or even all your laundry together if you're feeling lazy! Lots of machines, clean, I love I can pay with my card (who has quarters anymore, really?) Basically downtown Norwood so you can grab a sandwich at Spot or hang out by the commons on a nice day while you wait. Only took one star off because some of the washers didn't quite work, they washed but the timer was wrong and my clothes were stuck washing for way longer in one machine than others. Like it would say 20min and then 20min later it would say 13min still. Maybe they fixed now that it's reopen! read more

I'm we have been waiting for it to reopen and really didn't know how much we appreciated this place until it was closed. I was SO HAPPY TO HEAR ITS OPEN AGAIN! But.... Now it's only open until 10pm and last wash is at 8:15?! Wtf I loved this place bc it's so close and it was open until midnight .. I don't even get out of work until 8. So once again bubbles.. you have me heart broken. When you closed I was expecting it to be better facility but now I'll never know bc I won't get there in time to use it. You get big machines that can fit literally everything in your wardrobe. They stay up to date on maintenance and the place feels clean. Lots and lots of machines. The card system is convenient, I just wish you could load more then 8 minutes at a time onto a dryer. Takes forever to get an hour going. read more

My last two visits my laundry has failed to adequately rinse and dry. Initial visit owner on premises and was professional and polite.. Haven't seen him since nor have I received a reply to the failed drier and out of pocket expense when heat failed to work in drier. Last visit here as yogi once said... I've never used a laundromat before. I'm traveling cross country so this is the first of many laundromats I'll be using. I chose this one because of the great reviews. I was not disappointed. It was clean, bright, plenty of chairs, carts and folding tables. I was surprised that there were a few washers and dryers available in spite of it being very busy and a Saturday morning. I found the "super big" washers to be half the size of my regular washer at home so I had to do 2 small loads ($4.50 x 2) instead of one regular size load. It was twice as expensive as a result. But the washer was clean, fast and efficient. My clothes were cleaned fine. They have super large dryers that can handle the clothes from 4 washes. My 2 loads dried in 16 min for $0.50. $10 total for 2 small loads. I like that they have a laundry card that you put money on. It's better than trying to get cash and coins for machines. I don't know if this is a standard feature these days or not. I'm only taking a star off because there are no power outlets. Ugh! As a traveler I try to recharge at every stop, especially if I'm just sitting around waiting. If you don't care about not recharging devices while you wait then I'd consider this place 5*. I hope all the future laundromats I visit are as nice as this one. read more

I decided to try out this laundromat due to the many good reviews on Yelp. And let me tell you, those reviews are all correct! This is a clean, well taken care of laundromat with very friendly customer service. Right off the bat, I was greeted and assisted by the attendant as soon as I walked in. Now that's customer service! The customers here seem to be regulars as the attendant seemed to know most of them. The machines are very clean and modern. All card operated. You can tell that the attendant really takes care of this place! None of those old fashioned coin operated machines with mildew in the windows. There is a detergent dispenser machine in case you forget your detergent. Detergent goes for $1 per packet. There is also free WiFi and a TV in case you are bored waiting for your laundry to finish. Overall, a great experience! Will be coming back again! read more

Come here all the time and tonight will be the last. Two dryers wasting my time blowing cold air and not drying my clothes so there's .50 and 16 minutes wasted. Then another .25 opened the dryer to see if it was working aka actually blowing hot or even WARM AIR and it ATE THE SIX MINUTES LEFT ON THE DRYER....So there's three attempts at getting a dryer to work and nope!! Just eats your money and wasted my time. I Had to switch everything over to yet ANOTHER dryer so I'm here an extra 40mins just feeding these machines to not work??? Also it's past 11pm and I'm a female alone. Try another place this one ain't it! Would give zero stars after this experience if I could. read more

If I need to go to a laundromat, Bubbles Up is my first pick. Lately, my dryer has been backed up, and certain clothing and blankets I don't prefer putting in it, so I bring those to here, Bubbles Up Laundromat in Norwood. Bubbles Up is probably the best of the thousand of laundromats throughout Norwood, as it is the highest tech, has good parking, air conditioning and is clean. It is located on Central Street parallel to the East Vernon Street intersection, in a large space. There is a small parking lot off to the side of the building and many spaces right up front to park at as well. Inside, there are at least one hundred machines in all, some washers and some dryers. They have different sizes as well, which is nice during busy times, or if you have a lot of stuff and don't want to use multiple regular sized ones. Sometimes, this laundromat does get busy (I think I have been there about five times now), but normally there are enough machine for everyone there and there are still extras. Depending upon which machines you use I believe you get 6 to 8 minutes on any given machine (don't quote me on that though....), and you can pay by credit card at any machine, or go to the change machine and have cash put into a money card that is ejected. They also have a machine for detergent by the side door, if you need it. There normally aren't staff on hand to help, but everything always works when I go, and directions are posted all around about basically everything you could need to know. I've never had any clothing taken (people are good in this area). Overall, great spot to bring you clothes / blankets to wash and / or dry. 5 stars. read more

This is my place to go when I do laundry. Very clean all around. They have very good washers in three different sizes that accomodates to your needs. The driers are are excellent and the clothes dry quick. Also very convenient, you can use your debit/credit card in all machines. The only thing missing is a bathroom but overall great place with good location. read more

Bubbles Up forces you to purchase a "card" to use the machines. You must put money on that card, say 10$. The problem is you can't get your money back! You have to leave the laundromat with the money left on the card. If you lose the card your out the money! Arcades used to do this by selling tokens and refusing to refund you your money if you had any tokens left over. Find another laundromat that doesn't keep money that is rightfully yours! read more

I don't have a dryer, so I just stopped in to dry some things I needed right away. Usually in this situation I go to the laundromat in Walpole (which is *terrible*), but came here today while waiting to pick a family member up from a nearby appointment. Wow! These dryers dried my clothes on medium in less time than the other ones would on high! The place is clean and bright. The machines are clean and all appear to be working. The folding tables are convenient and a great height to avoid killing my back. It would get 5 stars if only it had a bathroom. Since they use credit cards/cash cards, it should be easy to require the use of one of those to open the bathroom door like at an ATM if their reason for not having one is that too many non-customers would use it. read more

Clean laundromat with an attendant on duty at times. Lots of machines of varying sizes and costs. They use a card system which takes cash or credit cards. Free Wifi, 1 TV, and a soda/water vending machine which helps the time pass. No bathroom but there's a McDonald's within walking distance. Small parking lot and street parking. read more

Clean, lots of washers and dryers, and coinless- you can use any credit/debit card or purchase a laundry card to reload. I've come here multiple times for when the washer crapped out to washing bulky items like large quilts and blankets. They have the option of regular washers or multi-load ones as well as x-large dryers. The only thing I would say is that they need places to plug in your gadgets if you choose to wait around while your laundry washes and dries. read more
