Today I brought my 5x7 machine washable area rug and I put it in one of the large capacity machines. While it was washing I went across the street and when I came back the rug wasn't in the machine. The cycle still had time left on it so I knew it most likely wasn't stolen. Instead, the rug was taken out of the machine (mid cycle) by the owner, leaving me with a very heavy water logged and soapy rug. I've met the owner a couple time previous to this and she is a very unpleasant woman with zero customer service etiquette. The facility is decent but I won't ever come back, I'd rather give my money to someone who isn't so rude .

The woman who does the WDF was incredible, she was serious about the task as she asked my husband for specifics as to what clothes don't need to be in the dryer and type of detergent to be used. As soon as he mentioned there were baby clothes she said she would take extra care. The turn around time was quick ( less then 24 hours) and for $1.25 a pound I look forward to using this more often. The double star bonus is that the location is next to Mina's Brazilian Steakhouse restaurant which was UNBELIEVEABLE. Don't hesitate to use the WDF.....its worth it

I came by the store and it was closed on Monday afternoon at 3 PM. I eventually came back and dropped off my leather jacket and was told that it would be a week to have the zipper replaced. I was charged $20 and the item was packed in plastic. It took me about a week to open it and when I opened it the zipper had not been replaced. Nothing has been done I had just been charged. Fraudulent practices! I went back to get a refund and the manager said that she couldn't issue the refund over the phone that she would have to come in and do it herself because the employees didn't know how to issue a refund. I came back the following Monday again around 3 o'clock and the place was locked up and dark! I called the phone number and the mailbox is full, so there is no way to reach the manager. In addition, I tried to go to their website and it is a fake website. I would steer clear of this place. I went back to get a refund and again I experienced that the store was closed during working hours so I had to go back a third time, and I was told by the manager on the phone that they would have a refund for me the next day know how to issue a refund. I went back four days later and again on a Monday afternoon at 3:30 PM. The office is dark and there is nobody there and the doors are locked. I called the phone number and the mailbox is full, so I am unable to reach anyone. Clear of this dry cleaner, the Taylor does not do the tailoring that you bring your item in for and will still charge you for it while trying to get away with saying it was good enough to be repaired but not replaced
