They have been here for YEARS and have become one of the main dry cleaning shops in the Norwood Center precinct. I came here to get some new pants hemmed and they were so friendly, helpful, and kind. Both the woman and man who run the shop are organized, helpful and do whatever they are put at task to do well! They are very efficient and never lose anything (one of the dry cleaners down the street actually LOST something of mine about five years ago!). They aren't ever too busy and do a wide variety of both cleaning and ironing and FAST! They always have projects completed in a very timely matter, and for a reasonable price too. Parking is always simple and the location is key, in the Rama Plaza on Washington Street in Norwood. I can't even remember when they opened.... they've ALWAYS been here, and hopefully are going to stay forever! My favorite dry cleaning shop in the area. 5 stars.

To write this review, and I was trying to give town cleaners a chance, but the customer service…read morehere is just a mess I went to town cleaners to have a zipper replaced in my leather jacket due to all the positive reviews on Yelp. I came by the store and it was closed on Monday afternoon at 3 PM. I eventually came back and dropped off my leather jacket and was told that it would be a week to have the zipper replaced. I was charged $20 and the item was packed in plastic. It took me about a week to open it and when I opened it the zipper had not been replaced. Nothing has been done I had just been charged. Fraudulent practices! I went back to get a refund and the manager said that she couldn't issue the refund over the phone that she would have to come in and do it herself because the employees didn't know how to issue a refund. I came back the following Monday again around 3 o'clock and the place was locked up and dark! I called the phone number and the mailbox is full, so there is no way to reach the manager. In addition, I tried to go to their website and it is a fake website. I would steer clear of this place. I went back to get a refund and again I experienced that the store was closed during working hours so I had to go back a third time, and I was told by the manager on the phone that they would have a refund for me the next day know how to issue a refund. I went back four days later and again on a Monday afternoon at 3:30 PM. The office is dark and there is nobody there and the doors are locked. I called the phone number and the mailbox is full, so I am unable to reach anyone. Clear of this dry cleaner, the Taylor does not do the tailoring that you bring your item in for and will still charge you for it while trying to get away with saying it was good enough to be repaired but not replaced
