I stood there stunned for a few minutes and then I just confirmed what the two services were and that was the price. I was very upset with this price and asked to speak to the manager/owner who was not at the shop that day. I called and left a message for the owner in which she returned my call and left a voicemail stating that I had up until a certain day to retrieve my coat and that she would reduce it to $78 which to me is still outrageous as I didn't pay that much for the coat itself. She said if I did not come in by that time she was going to go and donate it for free. She also said that she does not work for free. I finally bit the bullet and went into pick up my coat as it was my favorite. When the cashier said $78 I said to her I'm sorry I thought I heard 70 and the owner I guess was behind me yelled over it's $78 very nasty. I wanted to turn around and give her a piece of my mind but it was obvious there was no talking to this owner. Again I know I should have looked at my ticket on the way out but never in a million years did I expect that price. I learned a lesson the hard way. If you do have any services done here make sure to check your ticket before you leave. I understand that businesses have to make money but that markup was pure greed.

I recently brought her a beautiful brocade skirt I got a crazy good deal on but was way too small on me - brought her the matching top that was also too small on me and asked her to use that fabric to make the skirt fit. You can't even tell where she added the fabric - it looks flawless. Brought her some other delicate items like embroidered pants that I didn't even know whether cutting and hemming was possible - she did it no problem.
