They do a really nice job with the dry cleaning here. Everything I have brought from cashmere…read moresweaters to three piece suits has been cleaned to perfection. However, the hours are a little inconvenient (not open Sundays) and I really hate the parking lot. There are lots of huge speed bumps and there is traffic coming into the area from so many different directions. I recommend parking on the side of the building to the left of the neighboring Taqueria and walking over. If you park directly in front of the cleaners' be prepared for some difficulty backing out- and watch those speed bumps!

He tried them on inside his house and that's it. NOT outside. Upon return of the boots, Edward picked the boots up, said "I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WORE THEM ALL OVER THE PLACE" and slamed them down on the counter, whiped the shoebox lid over the shoes and sighed very dramatically making myself and everyone else extremely uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that the entire store went silent for the rest of the transaction. The man clearly has anger issues. Not to mention, my brother purchased other products despite returning the boots. He sat there with his arms crossed clearly pissed. I wanted to tell him to F off on my way out. You should never treat a customer like that, even if you think they're wrong. If he felt like we were not returning an acceptable pair of boots, he could have explained why he wasn't able to return them, not slam them down in an act to intimidate his paying customers as if we disrespected his majesty with our presence . Extremely unprofessional. Disgusting behavior. Will NEVER return to that store -boot enthusiasts that will never buy from Red Wing again (great boots btw, they just didn't fit)

I took a pair of my wife's shoes for repairs to Larossa on Oct 5 and was told that, due to a…read morebacklog of work, they wouldn't be ready until Oct 26. When I went to get them on the 26th, I was told that they were not ready. I indicated that we would need them by Nov 5, and was assured that they would be ready. I stopped at the store on the 5th, and discovered that they were not ready as promised. When I complained to somebody who I presumed was the owner, his response was 'this is the first customer service problem we've had in 96 years of business,' as if that were supposed to reassure me. I was promised the shoes by 2:00 that afternoon. When I returned to pick them up, they were finally ready, and the young man working there all but threw them at me. I have experienced bad customer service, but this was a cut above bad-it was rude and showed no consideration for me as a customer. I am now a former customer of Larossa Shoe Repair and will never do business with them again. The rudeness and negative attitudes on display there were unforgivable.
