Thank you for obtaining permission for your customers to pull over into the fire lane to do curbside pick up and returns. Thank you also for extending your return policy. Not ready to hand over the 5th star cause of my general past in-person experience at this location. Although it has now been about a year since I've stepped through your doors, historically, I couldn't help but be aware of how messy your aisles often were. Yes, your customers should have returned the shoes to the appropriate shelves when they were done with checking them out, but unfortunately not everyone plays the part of a responsible adult when out in public. So it would be nice to be able to spot a staffer here or there organizing or restocking sometimes, instead of primarily only being able to locate your workers over by the registers.
