Pure trash in a store that is a complete wreck. No order, dressing rooms are always closed but the clothes are pure junk!

The staff are so mean and lazy very slow when it's busy they should have more staff been waiting in the line more than 30 minutes

I bought a hat and Joan was so great and encouraging that my sister came back and bought the same hat as well. Joan is lovely and was the main reason we spent money in this store today!

The sales section is large, a whole back room, but no matter what day I come, it appears picked over and anemic. The sizes tend to be heavy on the XL and the XS, with not much variety in the middle. The staff are distant, but generally non-offensive. My boyfriend, however, experienced a unreasonably poor service moment last Saturday. A sales woman told him that J Crew was having a "private sale" event that would guarantee him 75% off summer suits, if he opened a J Crew credit card. Boyfriend, not needing a suit but enticed by such a fantastic deal, tried on, and subsequently fell in love with a linen, navy suit. He confirmed with the sales lady again that it would be 75% off. When said boyfriend attempted to purchase the suit - he was rudely rebuffed by the cashier/manager. Boyfriend explained that he confirmed the deal with the the sales woman, but cashier behaved as though my boyfriend was trying to pull a fast one. He did not call over the cashier, and he scolded my boyfriend for believing such a sale would ever exist. Needless to say, no suit was purchased. Pro tip: generally credit card offer deals gain you about 30% off purchase, so if offered more, ask to speak to a manager before you become emotionally connected to the garment in question. Fluky Saturday aside, this store generally is pretty good. J Crew seems to be having a ton more sales recently, ever since their stock listing price plummeted, and their clothes have gotten a lot more adventurous and bohemian in recent months. This store is generally more peaceful and quiet then some of their more urban situated stores.

They've got water bottles, shoes, and outdoor recreational equipment on the first floor & on the second floor they have a mix of women's, men's, and kid's clothing. I adore their duck boots, a must for the winter time... specifically their shearling-lined insulated model. Incredibly warm, perfect for snow days. Their "wicked good moccasins" are incredibly comfortable and I love wearing them in the fall/winter time. I've definitely gone through several pairs. Backpacks are super nostalgic; I had mine with my initials as a kid haha, honestly I would get another one. Good quality, got about ten years of use out of that backpack & it allowed me to carry 5 heavy textbooks and some more.

Them and REI kind of remind me of each other. I can always walk around and look at different things. Checked out some jackets, and slippers! The water bottles for some reason had a lot of scratches on them etc so passed on those but all in all always a great spot to pick up a gift or two of something practical. Pricing is on par with their competitors, usually don't see too many sales or promos outside the sales rack. Will be back!

Oakley : an often misunderstood brand with a passionate following…read more This store is great to see 'all things Oakley' and to buy them Now, a lot of people think Oakley makes just sunglasses. Although they do make some of the best and most cutting edge, they make a lot more. And everything else they make has the same level of engineering, design and quality in it that the sunglasses do. A Great example of this is the watches (and I do own 7 of them). People look at them and say " wow, so expensive, just because it says Oakley'. Well, expensive (which is relative when it comes to watches) do to engineering and design and constructions. Sapphire crystal faces that are scratch proof, swiss made, jewel like movement and 32,000 adjustments a second (A rolex uses 24,000 movements). They are over engineered and have very unique styling. They will last you a lifetime and you will rarely see another one like it. Leaps and bounds ahead of the likes of Citizen, and on par (if not better) than Tag... So now that this review is starting to seem like a review of Oakley, and not this store, I will switch over a little. This store has everything. Only about 20% of what is in there are sunglasses, but they have it all, including spare parts, spare lenses, etc for your current glasses. They have clothes, luggage, accessories, bags and more. Go in and check it out. Backpacks for school. Yes, may be $85... but I have had one for 12 years now. no Jansport can claim that. The staff is friendly and very helpful. they explain everything if you dont understand it. I even went in with two sets of glasses one day (Jawbones, which have a pivoting frame to change lenses), and they took them apart, cleaned them, made sure they were working fine, all at no cost. Much more than just sunglasses, Oakley as a whole offers unique styling, as you are now seeing on everyone from pro golfers to Olympic athletes. Go check them out. For golf shoes, for suitcases, for bathing suits and more. You will be pleasantly surprised when you walk in the store, at the staff, at the selection, and at the overall quality of everything they design, engineer and sell.

Being environmentally conscious I figured that would be better than printing one. Well I never got my receipt but I am getting about 5 spam emails a week from Oakley now. There is literally no way to unsubscribe. You can't do it online. You can't do it via email. They say you can do it by phone but the spam emails don't stop coming. This has been going on for 2 months now. I've reported them to spam@uce.gov but no luck so far. Do not give these guys your email address. There's no way to get them to leave you alone if you do. @Oakley, if you want this review to go away, just remove me from your spam list. I beg you. That's all you have to do.
