While trying to shop I don't wanna hear about the drama talking about who manages the schedule and how poorly other employees were. On top of that no one greeted me. I just think it was too childish. I will say they had a bigger selection than expected, lots of shoes and crocs which I would have purchased but the ones I wanted looked to be just juniors. I also saw a couple shorts and shirts I liked but this store is heavy on the male apparel. I don't think I saw any female clothing. I will definitely keep and eye out for sales or maybe try another store. But this one put a bad taste in my mouth and I think management should address...

Really impressive display of shoes goes through the center of the store with tons of higher end Nike and Adidas (and other brands). Really makes me wish we had one of these stores in the B'ham area. Anyway, around the edges of the store were apparel (men's, women's and children). Also, really good selection of clothes (but I am a t-shirt fan). But, they also had some really nice Nike jackets and long sleeve shirts. Overall a great selection, I'm sure it changes up, at least seasonally, but during our visit they had a lot of stuff I really liked. I'd definitely come back to this location or check out other Champs locations if I came across another store. Also, staff seemed friendly and they asked us a couple times if we needed any help. Many places in the area did not provide the type of service I was looking for, or they needed to have a minimum of pieces to be embroidered. I sent an inquiry through Yelp and received a response from them right away letting me know they are able to do it. I loved that they were flexible with when I am able to come in to drop the graduation stole - since I was in a rush, I went in right after work on the same day. They provided me with a quote on Yelp and I was very thrilled with it. When I dropped it off, they were very thorough with what they are able to do with their expertise. I was able to choose the font of the embroidery and the location of where I wanted everything. They were so accommodating despite how little time they had with this and were SO kind about it. After I told them how I wanted everything, they gave me an estimated date and I did not have to leave a deposit. The next day or so, the staff emailed me a draft before having a final approval. I was very pleased with it and gave her the final OK. Less than a week later, I received an email saying it was ready.... way before the estimated date which was even better. Words cannot describe what a great job they have done. I highly recommend coming to them because they really do a fabulous job with accommodation and the embroidery itself. This will be my go-to place for embroidery from now on.

I went into this location a couple of weeks before Christmas to get some shopping done. To my surprise upon returning home one of the girl that's had rang me up (Hailey and or Chonca) had put in clothes that were not mine and had taken out two items of mine. No big deal mistakes happen it's a busy time of year. I gave them a call explaining the situation the girl on the phone was very nice and even offered to put the items they had removed on hold to help me for when I returned to the store. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have a mail back system considering I live nearly an hour and half away. Upon returning the the store about 1 week later as I had explained to the girl on the phone I would be doing. I would learn some news that was quite shocking. The first thing they had done was remove my items from hold and sold the remaining items in my size. They also informed me that they had given me the wrong receipt and couldn't verify what else they charged me for. Huge red flag for a commission based store. They were only able to take one return in the end which equals less then the amount of gas it took me to return to the store. The associate Krista who was helping me with the return clearly had little knowledge of the systems and was little to no help. All in all I'm extremely disappointed with the service and I won't be coming back. As far as I'm concerned they are crooked for not supplying me with information necessary to prove they didn't rob me of my money.

The shoes and clothing that they have here are something that you would see on Rodeo Drive or a fancy store in Vegas. Everything is high end. And yes, the prices are very high also. But I believe it's a decent price for what you're getting. The best thing is you can use your comp points from the casino in this store. So basically it's free if you're gambling and you play a bit. I've gotten a lot of items, a few gifts for family members and a couple pieces of clothing. And believe it or not I scored a few nice pairs of sneakers here. Usually they stock sizes 6,7,8. I'm a 12 so I don't find many that often. But I have been lucky on a few occasions. The staff is always extremely professional and very, very nice.
