2020 Pandemic Review…read more Thank you, DSW, for realizing that not all your customers feel comfortable to step indoors just yet while the pandemic is in full swing (there is currently an estimated over 90,000 active covid cases in our state at this very moment). Thank you for obtaining permission for your customers to pull over into the fire lane to do curbside pick up and returns. Thank you also for extending your return policy. Not ready to hand over the 5th star cause of my general past in-person experience at this location. Although it has now been about a year since I've stepped through your doors, historically, I couldn't help but be aware of how messy your aisles often were. Yes, your customers should have returned the shoes to the appropriate shelves when they were done with checking them out, but unfortunately not everyone plays the part of a responsible adult when out in public. So it would be nice to be able to spot a staffer here or there organizing or restocking sometimes, instead of primarily only being able to locate your workers over by the registers.

Had to call twice and both times spent 20 mins on the phone with AI bots followed by a representative who was very difficult to hear or understand and kept putting me on hold before telling me I should wait another week. By Dec 24th I asked for a refund and am still unsure that I will get one as I never received any email confirmation of the promised refund. Just a major waste of my time and energy.

He tried them on inside his house and that's it. NOT outside. Upon return of the boots, Edward picked the boots up, said "I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WORE THEM ALL OVER THE PLACE" and slamed them down on the counter, whiped the shoebox lid over the shoes and sighed very dramatically making myself and everyone else extremely uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that the entire store went silent for the rest of the transaction. The man clearly has anger issues. Not to mention, my brother purchased other products despite returning the boots. He sat there with his arms crossed clearly pissed. I wanted to tell him to F off on my way out. You should never treat a customer like that, even if you think they're wrong. If he felt like we were not returning an acceptable pair of boots, he could have explained why he wasn't able to return them, not slam them down in an act to intimidate his paying customers as if we disrespected his majesty with our presence . Extremely unprofessional. Disgusting behavior. Will NEVER return to that store -boot enthusiasts that will never buy from Red Wing again (great boots btw, they just didn't fit)

They carry hockey, lacrosse and baseball items only and it's wonderful for my son, except I left spending over $600. Bella was great at helping us but I had to go to the register to let her know we needed help in the ice skate section. She radioed for someone to go help us but no one responded so she ended up helping us and checking us out. We were pleasantly greeted when we walked it but it appeared as if no wanted to really work. They have ample equipment and a skate sharpening area. Everything is neatly organized by sport, making it easy to navigate and shop. I would return because they have things we need but they've gotta work on their service. There's ample parking.

They take such pride and ownership into their customer service that it is as though that are family and they built the building themself, brick by brick. Pride in their work is an understatement. There is no question or need they can't help with. A true family feel, this store is a hidden gem!

We needed a present for family bday and snagged a pair of Hokas, also ordered a pair online because they didn't have the size and color we wanted in store.

The sneakers are usually on sale here for less than $100; Saw a pair of Women's Brooks for $70 the other day. Also, many nice clothing brands like Levi, Joe's Jeans, TopShop, Naked Wardrobe, Good American, AGOLDE, etc can be found here. These brands of jeans are sold here for $30-$90 when typically full price is ~$200. Totally recommend!

I was envisioning a much larger selection. They did have a few pieces to stop and give pause but nothing earth shattering. Now what I will say is that they had a fully stocked skincare/haircare section that had amazing deals and 75% of the stock was name brand products. The purse section was also pretty well stocked though I think you'll find more of a variety at Burlington with better price points. The remainder of the store had similar offerings that the other various Tj Maxx's have in the region just slightly more upscale with no sparse shelves or racks. So overall worth a stop, but slightly lower your expectations if you were specifically coming in for Runway and only Runway.
