What sets this place apart from most laundromats are the people. Both Jen and Ben who work there are so accommodating! The other night when I struggled with the machines, both washer and vending machine, they were right there to help me. I barely had anything to eat that day and was running on empty due to lack of sleep. I was doing laundry for 3 people that night and also brought in another friend to do his mound of laundry. Without Jen and Ben there I probably would have been sunk and just left. The parking lot is midsized and recently resurfaced, the property is also handicap accessible. The doors are also automatic which is a huge help when entering/exiting the facility. They have a large variety of washing machines that are all clearly labeled for weight limits, each machine provides you touch screen directions and once acclimated are very easy to operate. All machines also require a Laundromax card (first purchase of a card costs 1$ per) that can purchased from a wall kioski. Majority of the dryers on site can accommodate 45 lbs. and they also have a few max load dryers for 80lbs. Each folding table also includes a cart and a chair. Though I didn't interact with the employees they were attentive to the dry cleaning customers as well as a few older customers that had technical difficulties. Overall this is a great affordable investment to the community and I'm thrilled to see it's addressing a lot of the pitfalls of laundromats.

I decided to go with a wash/dry/fold rather than washing at home and going to use dryers and wait for it to be done. I called a few close by spots and got prices of $1.35 and $1.30 per pound. When I searched CLEANERS rather than laundry, Royal came up so I called. The man on the phone was incredibly pleasant and said that it was $1.00 per pound and was told it could be ready same day! I brought the clothes in a short time later and was greeted by the same man who answered the phone. He weighed the clothes, wrote up my slip and said to come back anytime after 6:00 or anytime the next day (Sunday). 34 pounds, 34 dollars and done within 6 hours, can't beat that! I returned on Sunday early afternoon and before I even took out my slip the same gentleman greeted me by name and put my clothes on the counter. I thanked him for the service and he thanked me equally for coming in. One thing to be aware of is it's a cash only location, but I can not recommend Royal Cleaners enough. They are a small neighborhood laundromat, but have plenty of large washers and dryers, chairs and a TV. The parking lot is small, but easily accessible and clearly they have a great wash/dry/fold service and amazing customer service. The other drawback I found was that the washer machines are not user-friendly either when it comes to settings for a wash. They do have plenty of parking outside, which is a good thing. I would say , unless you don't have your own washer and dryer , it's probably a decent place to consider if you can figure out how to operate the card loading device.
