When I came back to pick it up, I was told, "That'll be $50." I was surprised and said, "That's a lot for a little string adjustment." The woman replied, "No, we shortened the length." They had clearly altered the wrong part of the dress. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she insisted that I had asked them to shorten it. Then she said maybe I had changed my mind, so that I didn't have to pay. Unbelievable! I was shocked. They ruined my dress and then blamed me for their error. I love supporting small businesses, but not ones that don't take responsibility or listen to their customers, and clearly don't know what they are doing.

He destroyed two of them because he measured them incorrectly and then blamed me (I'm not the tailor) and charged me for the pants. He hadn't finished the third pair and so I decided to go elsewhere and noticed a burn mark on them which wasn't there when I dropped them off. His dad was a good tailor but this guy has issues. Have had a couple of issues through the years with damaged property with dry cleaning that was rectified. BUT this recent time they destroyed a button on multiple shirts of mine. So this was obviously from the cleaning process. They wanted me to pay for the replacement. Just because they put they aren't liable for damages on the ticket doesn't make it true, they still are. Fortunately for them buttons are negligible in costs and not worth anybody's time to take it to a legal level. They've lost a long time customer. Poor business practice.

They never charge me to fix the mistakes. I go here because it is convenient but by no means is it cheap even for dry cleaning but they do a REALLY good job. The ladies co-owners that work there are friendly but not super super in your face bubbly... totally fine! They know most of their customers by name and are always ready to help.
