One is you need to use a machine to load money onto a card to use in the washing machines. The device is not user-friendly and almost nobody in the place is fluent in english. The other drawback I found was that the washer machines are not user-friendly either when it comes to settings for a wash. They do have plenty of parking outside, which is a good thing. I would say , unless you don't have your own washer and dryer , it's probably a decent place to consider if you can figure out how to operate the card loading device.

Constantly I have been spoken to rudely by the elderly woman who works day shift small comment about my clothes having a smell ( I have small children which I expressed and at times they bed wet given my busy travel schedule for work I don't get to it in time. First let me say I dont bother anyone and dont expect special treatment, however, the staff at those 3 places could not care any less. I was not familiar with the 'card'. No one would assist me. I felt so stupid. Then I stopped in at Laundromax. Brenda helped me. She showed me how to do everything. The women there are all so nice. By the way, for 50 years, I did my laundry at home.
