Lots of machines available on Sat afternoons when I come. The attendant is friendly and always greets customers like they're friendly. Some strange people come in once in a while, but all in all a nice place. I'm glad to have found it. Washing is around 2.75 per load and dryers are 25 cents per 5 minutes. You can also drop it off for $0.95 a pound. But snack machines and facilities make the wait not so bad.

I request my shirt collars to receive extra attention and Wong makes sure she takes care of it. Wong does an excellent job washing, drying and folding my clothes. As well as hanging the things that have to go on hangers and delicate cycle. It's well worth the price it will cost just as much if I do it myself . The time would cost me more. And because of my busy schedule she always asked when I need it done by. She is very courteous about that.

Since The pandemic started, they decided to do free dry. They raised the prices on the washers which isn't a problem, but if you even try to run a second cycle on the laundry, the older Asian woman will come down yelling not to do it. The laundry can be still wet and she will say no it's dry it's just cold. Terrible. Then they should do back to coin op dryers.

Sit outside and wait. - after removing laundry from the dryer, you cannot fold inside. You basically have to throw it all in a bag and get the F out. I haven't been in since these new rules were put in place, but I'm planning to go tomorrow morning since laundry is beyond due. When I stopped in before these rules, they were allowing X amount of people in at a time and you could still fold your laundry after it was dried. I have a feeling their rules may be more strict than necessary, mainly the folding issue. I mean, yeah - I'll throw my things in a bag and get the F out but jeeze, folding only took 10 or so minutes to begin with. And if people are keeping a distance and wearing protective gear, folding inside shouldn't be a problem. People were likely ignoring the rules and the laundromat has reacted. As they say, F around and find out. The card used to do laundry, the refilling of the card - it's really not as complicated as others have made it seem. Insert card, insert cash, card is refilled. I've used a few other laundry mats in the area over the last 10 years and I'm the most satisfied with this one. The wash/dry/fold prices are the best around. The ladies that work there all quickly learned my name and always greet me with a "hi Caitlyn!" when I walk in, which I love. My clothes are always clean, smell fresh, and are neatly folded and well organized. I've been going there for maybe 8 months and I haven't lost anything or received anyone else's clothes, which is a common issue with this kind of service. I believe the hours are 7am to midnight, but it's not listed anywhere online and there isn't a phone number for the place that I could find, so at the beginning it was kind of a gamble trying to stop in at a weird hour.

I went today this lady right before I can enter told me they closed, but I've told her I always come around this time and they are open. She didn't want to hear it. I'm not trying to make this about race, but I think this lady is racist because there was this white guy in there washing his clothes, how the hell are closed? I can assure you I'll never go back to this place, I'll take my business elsewhere or until this lady doesn't work there anymore. I'm going to all call manager tomorrow. This is unacceptable even for a laundry mat. Not all of ladies working there are like that, only this one.
