I saw a couple of negative reviews of this place and was appalled! I can't imagine any of the staff I know here doing any of the things these negative reviews described. I have an autoimmune disease that causes me to have a cough and have attacks on occasion in two events I had an attack while I was doing my laundry here. This member of staff has vocalized her feelings twice out loud in front of customers and staff regarding my coughing. Her name is Jessica Jarvis just in case anyone else has come under the same harassment as I have. I spoke to her once already regarding this. I chose not to disclose my condition to her but let her be aware that not everyone coughs simply because they have allergies and asthma but have certain conditions. She chose not to respond. But I then went in there again today and I was leaving the parking lot again heard her outside vocalizing her opinion on my cough. This is harassment and prejudice as someone who does have a condition I don't feel I should have to leave a laundromat I have used for years simply because someone once to bully me about a side effect of my condition. I have otherwise enjoyed the peace and cleanliness of the facilities up to this point. The other staff members are kind especially the woman who works in the mornings. She's always nice. Just beware of the tall blond woman who works at nights and you should be fine.

They provide tables and chairs and at least a dozen televisions to pass the time. I have never seen that before in any laundromat. I was washing all of the linens from our camper because we are closing it for the winter. They had a 100 pound washer for $12 that accommodated most of the blankets that I had. I have never seen a washer that large. They also had other size washers. The dryers came in different sizes as well and dried very quickly. I did not bring change with me and they do have a change machine. I took the time to make the change and put 48 quarters into the large machine to get it to run. Only after that did I take the time to look around and saw a sign where I could download the Speed Queen app on my phone, load money onto it and then simply scan the machine that I wanted to operate and the money would be taken from from the app and I just had to press the start button. This is very new to me and made the process so simple. The woman who was working was extremely friendly and helpful. The parking is very easy and it is certainly a place when I have need for a laundromat that I will return to.

However, despite their friendly demeanor, the service itself resulted in significant damage to my wardrobe and a really frustrating experience. Due to a broken washing machine, I brought in a very large drop-off load. I carefully sorted the items, labeled the bags, and provided clear instructions for my delicate clothing. Unfortunately, those instructions weren't followed: * Garment Damage: Delicate items appear to have been laundered and dried on standard high-heat settings. This caused noticeable shrinkage across most of my clothes, including specialized medical-grade compression garments that are now ruined and no longer usable. * Chemical Residue: Synthetic and spandex items were processed with heavy fragranced products that weren't thoroughly rinsed out. Spandex easily holds onto these chemicals, leaving a strong residue that unfortunately triggered a skin reaction on my end. * Misplaced Bags: When I picked up the original order, a significant portion was missing. A week later, after calling to check on a specific item, I was given five additional bags of clothing that had been set aside and forgotten. * Lack of Follow-Up: I reached out to discuss these issues and was told a manager would call me back, but I haven't received a follow-up. While the team on site is very kind, the lack of attention to basic fabric care ended up costing me a massive headache and around $1,000 in damaged clothing. I would recommend caution if you are dropping off items that require specific care.

Sit outside and wait. - after removing laundry from the dryer, you cannot fold inside. You basically have to throw it all in a bag and get the F out. I haven't been in since these new rules were put in place, but I'm planning to go tomorrow morning since laundry is beyond due. When I stopped in before these rules, they were allowing X amount of people in at a time and you could still fold your laundry after it was dried. I have a feeling their rules may be more strict than necessary, mainly the folding issue. I mean, yeah - I'll throw my things in a bag and get the F out but jeeze, folding only took 10 or so minutes to begin with. And if people are keeping a distance and wearing protective gear, folding inside shouldn't be a problem. People were likely ignoring the rules and the laundromat has reacted. As they say, F around and find out. The card used to do laundry, the refilling of the card - it's really not as complicated as others have made it seem. Insert card, insert cash, card is refilled.
