They provide tables and chairs and at least a dozen televisions to pass the time. I have never seen that before in any laundromat. I was washing all of the linens from our camper because we are closing it for the winter. They had a 100 pound washer for $12 that accommodated most of the blankets that I had. I have never seen a washer that large. They also had other size washers. The dryers came in different sizes as well and dried very quickly. I did not bring change with me and they do have a change machine. I took the time to make the change and put 48 quarters into the large machine to get it to run. Only after that did I take the time to look around and saw a sign where I could download the Speed Queen app on my phone, load money onto it and then simply scan the machine that I wanted to operate and the money would be taken from from the app and I just had to press the start button. This is very new to me and made the process so simple. The woman who was working was extremely friendly and helpful. The parking is very easy and it is certainly a place when I have need for a laundromat that I will return to.

Due to a broken washing machine, I brought in a very large drop-off load. I carefully sorted the items, labeled the bags, and provided clear instructions for my delicate clothing. Unfortunately, those instructions weren't followed: * Garment Damage: Delicate items appear to have been laundered and dried on standard high-heat settings. This caused noticeable shrinkage across most of my clothes, including specialized medical-grade compression garments that are now ruined and no longer usable. * Chemical Residue: Synthetic and spandex items were processed with heavy fragranced products that weren't thoroughly rinsed out. Spandex easily holds onto these chemicals, leaving a strong residue that unfortunately triggered a skin reaction on my end. * Misplaced Bags: When I picked up the original order, a significant portion was missing. A week later, after calling to check on a specific item, I was given five additional bags of clothing that had been set aside and forgotten. * Lack of Follow-Up: I reached out to discuss these issues and was told a manager would call me back, but I haven't received a follow-up. While the team on site is very kind, the lack of attention to basic fabric care ended up costing me a massive headache and around $1,000 in damaged clothing. I would recommend caution if you are dropping off items that require specific care.

The ladies that work there all quickly learned my name and always greet me with a "hi Caitlyn!" when I walk in, which I love. My clothes are always clean, smell fresh, and are neatly folded and well organized. I've been going there for maybe 8 months and I haven't lost anything or received anyone else's clothes, which is a common issue with this kind of service. I believe the hours are 7am to midnight, but it's not listed anywhere online and there isn't a phone number for the place that I could find, so at the beginning it was kind of a gamble trying to stop in at a weird hour.

Constantly I have been spoken to rudely by the elderly woman who works day shift small comment about my clothes having a smell ( I have small children which I expressed and at times they bed wet given my busy travel schedule for work I don't get to it in time. Hence me doing drop off and never my own laundry) and calls at times when I'm over a week to pickup again I travel for work so at times I'm not around. Today was the last straw for me upon picking up a small order of mine the woman told me I need to stop bringing smelly clothes she'll let it "slide this time" and with such a rude demeanor. No helllo or good bye ever from them by the way. I originally was going to leave my order and pickup mine. After that I went right back in and grabbed my clothes right back and asked for manager she stated she was (unfortunate) then I asked for the owner she said he's not around when I asked when she scoffed there's no time. Super rude will be taking my business elsewhere. Clothes are always never smelling of softener even though I pay extra they skimp on that for sure but I always went to them since they are convenient like I said next to work , will try and see if I can catch owner in store one day to chat have spent over thousands or dollars to be embarrassed in front of others about my belongings that I pay for them to clean that's the job , its not what you say its how you say it !!
