This place is your average, run of the mill, outdated laundromat with it's fair share of washers and dryers. There are only 4 chairs for seating while you wait which isn't awesome and their air conditioning is currently broken which also isn't great on a hot summer night. Staff is quiet, with no welcoming presence upon entering and no signs of appreciation when leaving. With all of the negatives, I'll still suck it up because of it's close proximity to home.

I can add money to an app on my phone and watch how long I have left on my various machines. I don't have to deal with an ornery old card reader that doesn't even do chip verification (which you really should upgrade to because if there was ever fraud losses on your card machines you would be held liable for charge backs due to not being EMV compliant). Then she said maybe I had changed my mind, so that I didn't have to pay. Unbelievable! I was shocked. They ruined my dress and then blamed me for their error.
