I've used a few other laundry mats in the area over the last 10 years and I'm the most satisfied with this one. The wash/dry/fold prices are the best around. The ladies that work there all quickly learned my name and always greet me with a "hi Caitlyn!" when I walk in, which I love. My clothes are always clean, smell fresh, and are neatly folded and well organized. I've been going there for maybe 8 months and I haven't lost anything or received anyone else's clothes, which is a common issue with this kind of service. I believe the hours are 7am to midnight, but it's not listed anywhere online and there isn't a phone number for the place that I could find, so at the beginning it was kind of a gamble trying to stop in at a weird hour.

I'm not trying to make this about race, but I think this lady is racist because there was this white guy in there washing his clothes, how the hell are closed? Machines were clean, and worked very well. I really love how this location has free dry! The dryer max time is 15 mins and if you need more time you can add another 15 mins. Juan was nice enough to add additional time while I was away and I just thought that was the nicest gesture. I set the dryer on medium and it was in for about 25 mins. One annoying thing is having to buy a card to put money on (it's $3, yet they give back a $1 when you first put money on it) and not breaking of cash was available. Place was very clean, people were friendly (letting you know if you dropped your socks) and they also had dryers running for free which really helps. I was accused of stealing A LAUNDRY MAT customer card. now if you don't know what that is, you get a card from the little vending machine and you give it money. how one could steal or want to is beyond me. I started TWO machines with MY card. I knew I had some money but not a lot. so I put money in and used MY CC to put $30 on MY card. like I said it worked for two machines and just didn't work. my card wasn't in the best shape so I get it. they gave me a new card. saying I had a balance of 7 bucks. I'm like I just put 30 on my debit card and pulled up my bank transactions to show for it. After 20 mins the "managers"father fixed it all and apologized. Which things happen, I was fine with it. Until that unprofessional and rude human was loudly talking about me to her co worker. so after I confronted her and she proceeded to call me a bitch and a trash bag and when I called her a name she ran to the owner, WHINING I CALLED HER A NAME. All I heard was Ddaaaadddd. now I get it. Her dad was very professional and gave me my money back when I asked. That girl needs to take a class on being An actual manager. Today I come in and mind you it's 6:45 a.m. I have my cart with my clothes and I say to the lady working good morning ma'am, excuse me, she looks at me and says you could go around I'm working in this area, so I in turn say can I not use the washing machine and I point to the one about two or three machines down from her and she looks with a face like she didn't want me to and said I guess. I said to her it's too early to not be nice, let's have a happy day. She is normally not like this. She helped other customers but her face was not welcoming with any interaction. I felt like I should have asked what machines I could have used like this isn't a public laundromat. The laundromat is clean and reasonably priced. Dryers are free. Ample parking, free WiFi, cash and card accepted but You do need to use there card and put the money on it which is $1.50 and if you lose it you have to pay for another one.
