I don't use a laundromat very often but when I do I like it to be clean and for the service to be helpful. This laundromat just recently opened and it is immaculate inside. They provide tables and chairs and at least a dozen televisions to pass the time. I have never seen that before in any laundromat. I was washing all of the linens from our camper because we are closing it for the winter. They had a 100 pound washer for $12 that accommodated most of the blankets that I had. I have never seen a washer that large. They also had other size washers. The dryers came in different sizes as well and dried very quickly. I did not bring change with me and they do have a change machine. I took the time to make the change and put 48 quarters into the large machine to get it to run. Only after that did I take the time to look around and saw a sign where I could download the Speed Queen app on my phone, load money onto it and then simply scan the machine that I wanted to operate and the money would be taken from from the app and I just had to press the start button. This is very new to me and made the process so simple. The woman who was working was extremely friendly and helpful. The parking is very easy and it is certainly a place when I have need for a laundromat that I will return to. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, and I want to emphasize that the staff here were very pleasant and polite to interact with. However, despite their friendly demeanor, the service itself resulted in significant damage to my wardrobe and a really frustrating experience. Due to a broken washing machine, I brought in a very large drop-off load. I carefully sorted the items, labeled the bags, and provided clear instructions for my delicate clothing. Unfortunately, those instructions weren't followed: * Garment Damage: Delicate items appear to have been laundered and dried on standard high-heat settings. This caused noticeable shrinkage across most of my clothes, including specialized medical-grade compression garments that are now ruined and no longer usable. * Chemical Residue: Synthetic and spandex items were processed with heavy fragranced products that weren't thoroughly rinsed out. Spandex easily holds onto these chemicals, leaving a strong residue that unfortunately triggered a skin reaction on my end. * Misplaced Bags: When I picked up the original order, a significant portion was missing. A week later, after calling to check on a specific item, I was given five additional bags of clothing that had been set aside and forgotten. * Lack of Follow-Up: I reached out to discuss these issues and was told a manager would call me back, but I haven't received a follow-up. While the team on site is very kind, the lack of attention to basic fabric care ended up costing me a massive headache and around $1,000 in damaged clothing. I would recommend caution if you are dropping off items that require specific care. read more

This laundromat is fantastic. The machines get your wash done in record time and dryers work just as great. I'm amazed at how quickly I'm able to get our laundry done. You can use cash and they do have a change machine or you can use the app. The machines will even text you when they are almost done! The place is clean and has a vending machine for items you may have forgotten. read more

The description is a lie. They only accept Apple Pay, debit, or credit cards if you pay them to do your laundry. The self-service machines only use a separate app you download and load with money or change. There is no place to get cash inside. The vending machines for supplies only take cash and the desk will not provide any. Go somewhere else where the machines accept Apple Pay, credit or debit cards directly. read more

trash place, they touch your stuff and leave it in a not running dryer for an hour and say nothing about it. so paying for double to dryer time just to have my clothes smell because they sat wet. Id give a 0/5 if I could :) read more

First time using this laundromat . Only had a $20.00 and asked for 2 tens as I didn't want $20.00 in quarters from the coin machine. The attendant snapped "I can't open the drawer"I said what if I buy something? She said " I can't open the drawer" I said "not a way to run a business" She became rude and snapped " I can't open the drawer, the system is down" I said "If you had explained that in the first place I would have appreciated it " She then told me I was free to go elsewhere..rude and so unprofessional..not a good look for Spin It!! She was a chunky youngish woman with blond hair in a knot on top of her head..no nametag. read more

I found the staff quite sarcastic and rude. I asked a basic question about which machine to use and was met with a sarcastic attitude-not appreciated-that's your job. later she complained lousy to another person about a personal matter again with attitude. Nice clean place but I'll not be returning. read more

very clean and calm environment to wash, dry and fold. always something to watch or listen to on their televisions.

Great place to wash the clothes. I must say it's very clean and the employees are very polite.

Great place. Super nice people and great service. I've been taking my laundry there since they opened and will continue to. Don't take my word for it, give them a try. You won't be sorry read more

I've been coming here since they opened. it's clean and a great place to do laundry. However, as of late, if you're not that once your clothes are dry, the employees take it upon themselves to take your laundry out and leave it in a basket. I have to fit my laundry in with all of my other errands, and can't always get to the laundromat right away. I understand that other people also have their laundry to wash and dry, but after touching dirty laundry, I don't appreciate the employees touching my clean laundry, especially with a pandemic. I used to work at a laundromat. I know how dirty drop off laundry can be. I find it a bit frustrating read more

Really disappointed in the manger Heather. My fiancé and I dropped of a lot of clothes. Some were ours a lot were my mothers who passed away. We asked them to look at the tags of the blankets and to please follow the directions. Well I have one blanket that's supposed to be super fluffy and soft is now crunchy and is just trash. Then I have an all black shirt with not one but two bleach marks, and then a sweatshirt with a like laundry soap stain on it. From like pouring the soap on the shirt and it just stays there like a puddle. We called spoke to the own then spoke to the manger Heather, who refused to even hear what we had to say and then continued to tell me I ruined my mother's clothes as heather has been doing her job for a very long time. I just didn't appreciate this at all. It's sad really but I'll make the drive to another laundry mat for better management. Heather wouldn't even let us get a word in edgewise. Mind you we paid almost $200 for all our things and when I say three things are ruined Heather doesn't want to hear it. I will be now going to the owners. read more

Traveling and needed to wash a few items. The place is clean and fine. 20 lb is $4 not cheap but fine. But the woman there (not the young woman) could not have been less courteous. Being a newbie to this place I asked two questions. She tried to ignore me but I was tenacious. She must be the owner cuz no employer would want this unnecessary attitude in such an establishment. read more

Clean, lots of amenities, clean bathroom, excellent washer and dryer. People are very nice. Prices are just right.

Very clean. Staff is friendly and the machines text you when they are done! I highly recommend

I have been using this laundry mat since it opened. It is very clean and I love the fact you can use the App for the washers and dryers. And up to this point it was great. But I was in there yesterday and one of the workers and a customer was talking so vulgar and loud enough for my 7 yr old could hear. And the worker should have told her it was not appropriate not laugh along with her. I was NOT impressed. read more

I truly love this laundromat. It's super clean and the staff are wonderful. They remember every face and always say hi when you walk in. The prices are reasonable for wash and dry. They're coin op or you can use an app that gives you rewards. I follow them on fb as well and they have random promotions and give always. Also love the kid area for my kids to play while I wash and fold. Overall beyond happy with my switch from a previous place in town. read more

When this place first opened I switched to spin it because it's easier for me, but last couple of times I dropped off laundry and picked it up the person was so rude. It was like I inconvenienced her by dropping off the laundry. the first time I figured just having a bad day, the 2nd time I know it's just rude. going back to east street laundromat read more
