I have an autoimmune disease that causes me to have a cough and have attacks on occasion in two events I had an attack while I was doing my laundry here. This member of staff has vocalized her feelings twice out loud in front of customers and staff regarding my coughing. Her name is Jessica Jarvis just in case anyone else has come under the same harassment as I have. I spoke to her once already regarding this. I chose not to disclose my condition to her but let her be aware that not everyone coughs simply because they have allergies and asthma but have certain conditions. She chose not to respond. But I then went in there again today and I was leaving the parking lot again heard her outside vocalizing her opinion on my cough. This is harassment and prejudice as someone who does have a condition I don't feel I should have to leave a laundromat I have used for years simply because someone once to bully me about a side effect of my condition. I have otherwise enjoyed the peace and cleanliness of the facilities up to this point. The other staff members are kind especially the woman who works in the mornings. She's always nice. Just beware of the tall blond woman who works at nights and you should be fine.

I was accused of stealing A LAUNDRY MAT customer card. now if you don't know what that is, you get a card from the little vending machine and you give it money. how one could steal or want to is beyond me. I started TWO machines with MY card. I knew I had some money but not a lot. so I put money in and used MY CC to put $30 on MY card. like I said it worked for two machines and just didn't work. my card wasn't in the best shape so I get it. they gave me a new card. saying I had a balance of 7 bucks. I'm like I just put 30 on my debit card and pulled up my bank transactions to show for it. After 20 mins the "managers"father fixed it all and apologized. Which things happen, I was fine with it. Until that unprofessional and rude human was loudly talking about me to her co worker. so after I confronted her and she proceeded to call me a bitch and a trash bag and when I called her a name she ran to the owner, WHINING I CALLED HER A NAME. All I heard was Ddaaaadddd. now I get it. Her dad was very professional and gave me my money back when I asked. That girl needs to take a class on being An actual manager. Because you only got that job bc your dad owns it. So the only trash bag I saw was her. Just fold the laundry scum that's all you'll be worth!

They provide tables and chairs and at least a dozen televisions to pass the time. I have never seen that before in any laundromat. I was washing all of the linens from our camper because we are closing it for the winter. They had a 100 pound washer for $12 that accommodated most of the blankets that I had. I have never seen a washer that large. They also had other size washers. The dryers came in different sizes as well and dried very quickly. I did not bring change with me and they do have a change machine. I took the time to make the change and put 48 quarters into the large machine to get it to run. Only after that did I take the time to look around and saw a sign where I could download the Speed Queen app on my phone, load money onto it and then simply scan the machine that I wanted to operate and the money would be taken from from the app and I just had to press the start button. This is very new to me and made the process so simple. The woman who was working was extremely friendly and helpful. The parking is very easy and it is certainly a place when I have need for a laundromat that I will return to.

The place is very simple to find, it's right next to a pizza place and a gas station is close by. There's a good amount of parking, and she does open pretty early which I love! The place is very old fashion, you can tell the washers and dryers are old but don't get me wrong they do the job and do it well! I've only come here since I moved to this area and I won't go anywhere else. The prices are fair, and she has all ranges of sizes of washers, I usually do the huge ones and they're i believe either 7.00 or 7.50 but trust me they hold A LOT! I'm a last minute laundry mat person, for sure! Ella helps me make sure I put my stuff in the dryers the quickest way for them to dry, she sorts them in a specific way. I just love her, she offers me tea everytime I come and she engages with ALL her customers. It's always just her there. She also does drop off's which I've never done before.
