Lots of machines available on Sat afternoons when I come. The attendant is friendly and always greets customers like they're friendly. As mid thirties man with inclinations towards procrastination these services are life changing. I'm notorious for leaving laundry in various incomplete states. Oftentimes I'll leave loads wet in the machine only to remember them days later, finding it in a dank stinky ball resulting in my having to run it again. My two month old 30 pound pile of laundry was dropped off and transformed into clean, sorted, folded, and hung hygienic bliss in less than 24 hours by the lovely Ahraina?? with a big old smile. I of course felt compelled to offer this beautiful purveyor of laundry heaven a gratuity of the monetary sort. It is now Sunday and I'm sitting in my clean house, with a clean bedroom where all my clothes are folded, hung, and neatly put away while watching the Patriots, reveling in the satisfaction of knowing all my chores are complete. Best damn 30 bucks this man has spent that didn't involve drugs, alcohol, or morally loose women.

On top of that, their prices are very reasonable--so reasonable a poor hungry graduate student can afford to get her laundry wash dried and folded and save the precious time that takes up. I saw a couple of negative reviews of this place and was appalled! I can't imagine any of the staff I know here doing any of the things these negative reviews described. They provide tables and chairs and at least a dozen televisions to pass the time. I have never seen that before in any laundromat. I was washing all of the linens from our camper because we are closing it for the winter. They had a 100 pound washer for $12 that accommodated most of the blankets that I had. I have never seen a washer that large. They also had other size washers. The dryers came in different sizes as well and dried very quickly. I did not bring change with me and they do have a change machine. I took the time to make the change and put 48 quarters into the large machine to get it to run. Only after that did I take the time to look around and saw a sign where I could download the Speed Queen app on my phone, load money onto it and then simply scan the machine that I wanted to operate and the money would be taken from from the app and I just had to press the start button. This is very new to me and made the process so simple. The woman who was working was extremely friendly and helpful. The parking is very easy and it is certainly a place when I have need for a laundromat that I will return to.

I rarely leave negative reviews, and I want to emphasize that the staff here were very pleasant and…read morepolite to interact with. However, despite their friendly demeanor, the service itself resulted in significant damage to my wardrobe and a really frustrating experience. Due to a broken washing machine, I brought in a very large drop-off load. I carefully sorted the items, labeled the bags, and provided clear instructions for my delicate clothing. Unfortunately, those instructions weren't followed: * Garment Damage: Delicate items appear to have been laundered and dried on standard high-heat settings. This caused noticeable shrinkage across most of my clothes, including specialized medical-grade compression garments that are now ruined and no longer usable. * Chemical Residue: Synthetic and spandex items were processed with heavy fragranced products that weren't thoroughly rinsed out. Spandex easily holds onto these chemicals, leaving a strong residue that unfortunately triggered a skin reaction on my end. * Misplaced Bags: When I picked up the original order, a significant portion was missing. A week later, after calling to check on a specific item, I was given five additional bags of clothing that had been set aside and forgotten. * Lack of Follow-Up: I reached out to discuss these issues and was told a manager would call me back, but I haven't received a follow-up. While the team on site is very kind, the lack of attention to basic fabric care ended up costing me a massive headache and around $1,000 in damaged clothing. I would recommend caution if you are dropping off items that require specific care.

One is you need to use a machine to load money onto a card to use in the washing machines. The device is not user-friendly and almost nobody in the place is fluent in english. The other drawback I found was that the washer machines are not user-friendly either when it comes to settings for a wash. They do have plenty of parking outside, which is a good thing. I would say , unless you don't have your own washer and dryer , it's probably a decent place to consider if you can figure out how to operate the card loading device.
