I was accused of stealing A LAUNDRY MAT customer card. now if you don't know what that is, you get a card from the little vending machine and you give it money. how one could steal or want to is beyond me. I started TWO machines with MY card. I knew I had some money but not a lot. so I put money in and used MY CC to put $30 on MY card. like I said it worked for two machines and just didn't work. my card wasn't in the best shape so I get it. they gave me a new card. saying I had a balance of 7 bucks. I'm like I just put 30 on my debit card and pulled up my bank transactions to show for it. After 20 mins the "managers"father fixed it all and apologized. Which things happen, I was fine with it. Until that unprofessional and rude human was loudly talking about me to her co worker. so after I confronted her and she proceeded to call me a bitch and a trash bag and when I called her a name she ran to the owner, WHINING I CALLED HER A NAME. All I heard was Ddaaaadddd. now I get it. Her dad was very professional and gave me my money back when I asked. That girl needs to take a class on being An actual manager. They have all size washers and plenty of dryers. I don't do many reviews unless I believe it's needed. With that said, I have pretty much the same amount of cloths as I normally do and it costs me about $19.50 with a few extra items like a blanket it has been $22-23 But it cost me $36.50 or a little more. It is true! The washer prices are higher than any laundry mat I've been to in West Warwick, Coventry, and North Kingstown. But here's the kicker, the dryers! They never really got hot, NO JOKE! After I had to put 4 quarters in the dryer that seemed to be the newer ones, and in order to use it you HAVE TO put in 4 quarters! When those dryers stopped it was like they never went in a dryer at all. So I took my cloths to the back where that was not a requirement to start the dryer and I began pouring more and more quarters in the dryers and it took forever for my cloths to dry and honestly all the dryers I used never got hot and I checked! It took so long and so many quarters to dry my cloths I was actully getting upset by it! I used five dryers and when I opened the door to check my cloths NONE of them were hot to the touch, none! They were warm kinda, damp absolutely. I asked the attendant about one of the dryers because it seemed like it was never on and she said " well we recommend drying cloths on medium heat but some people like to dry them on high heat" I said well my cloths are damp like the dryer didn't work at all. I feel like all the dryers must be set to medium heat and that is too bad, cause it will take a lot more time and money to dry the cloths. One star for being clean but that's not enough to come back :(
