Everytime I have been to this laundromat and used there dryers they always leave my clothes smelling burnt from the high temperature. Even on the lowest settings and I've tried different machines. Seems like a lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and quality. read more

Machines usually work, when I call to ask what time they close, the lady hangs up on me. The website says 24/7 in one place and closing at midnight somewhere else, so we went over there at 11:30. With "open 24 hours" on the big sign in front of the place, it was closed. They never have any cash, and the cash machines never work. If all you have is a $20 and you want to put $5 or $10 on your card, you have to go somewhere else to get it reduced. Same for the soda and candy machines. You pay $2 for a card-- if you want to turn it back in, you're supposed to get your $2 back, but they have no cash, and they can't give you usage credit on another card, so you're screwed. If there's any balance on a card at the time you might sometime be allowed to turn it in, they can't put that on another card or refund it. The policy is, it's a donation to their struggling laundry business. The free dryers are nice, but they are often full, with several out of order. Staff is usually polite and tries to be helpful. Most of the problems are created at the corporate level. read more

5 stars because all new brooms sweep clean. Great service when I needed to drop off huge comforters that our toddler puked on. (We cleaned up the mess but brought them in to remove the smell and it was a success.) Just got done washing and drying a few loads and was quite happy with the attendant that showed me how to work their card system. Really brings me back to my childhood of running around places like this and slamming the carts around. Theres a kids area as well but time will tell how neat and clean it will stay over time. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE went there for WDF the woman at counter was on phone. I really there for her to acknowledge us which she never did still kept speaking on the phone so I said excuse me I am here to drop off my clothes I said you still on the phone? YES she replied "I can still hear you" VERY COCKY Not to mention where I come from if a customer walks in you hang up the phone and you focus on the customer that is in front of your face it wasn't like she was on a work call mind you was a personal call.. Bad attitude put me off. Not to mention the The cleanliness. I could go on and on every time I've ever been here which was 2 times prior I've always had a rotten experience today was the straw that broke the camel's back. This management is reading this today is Friday the 12 I was in your establishment at exactly 1:00 p.m. you need to have a talk with your customer service. Now wonder why you have a sign in the window looking for a management piles and piles and piles and piles and piles of dirty laundry behind the counter when an employee sits there talking to her friends on a phone. The GM was trash she was talking very rude and has very bad customer service she even took it as far as calling the cops this is not the first time this happened with her stated law enforcement she seemed very racist and has no intentions on bettering the service there I wouldn't recommend that to anyone I paid for a machine and it didn't want to start she says she would look mean while she's having a great side convo with her coworker friend i don't even know or care for that matter but she seemed bothered that I interrupted her convo but I'm all fairness any place of business should stand for 100% customer satisfaction but today me and my 4 year old just witnessed the worst place to do laundry and it sucks because I've came here b4 and Mary was honestly tremendously helpful read more

I enjoyed coming to do my laundry here up until today. Due to COVID19 I couldn't stay inside & wait for my laundry which I understand. While I sat in my car & waited for my clothes to dry someone STOLE my laundry basket. I reported it to an employee & he stated "well it's not really our responsibility to look after your belongings" OKAY COOL! But we obviously can't look after our own belongings from the outside. Did nothing to help me seeing as how I now have two full dryers of clothes, the only suggestion is "we sell laundry bags." I'm disappointed in the service & the fact that people really steal others laundry baskets. read more

This place is THE WORST. Came here for the first time two weeks ago and there was no one at the front desk to tell me that I needed to purchase a laundry card. As a result, I put my $20 bill into the change machine to revive almost $10 back in Chuck-E-Cheese tokens and other unusable forms of quarters. read more

I usually go to the laundromax by my house but thought to give this location a try. I was having trouble with one of the machines and went to the counter to ask for help. The woman working behind the counter then asked me how much was on my card to start with, how much was the cost of my laundry, and did the entire math in front of me and accused me of lying. I don't keep track of my purchases so of course I was giving her a rough estimate. Thank God the machine was working but terrible customer service. Not coming back here again read more

I haven't been to a laundromat since I was a kid so needless to say, I had no idea what I was doing in there. The staff there were super friendly and patient. She helped me with all my questions and I'm even embarrassed to say she showed me how to use the machine but without judging me (at least not to my face). I love that the dryers are free, yes FREE!!! The place is really clean and spacious and they have a drop off service. I went there to wash my comforters and I'll definitely be back. read more

I went to pick up my down comforter and comforter to my bed set after leaving it in the dryer .... dropped off at 10 pm and had some issues getting back on time so when I went back Saturday, they were both missing!!!!!!!! We recently went to Laundromax to wash seat coverings for our boat. The laundromat was clean and modern with many large capacity machines and no wait time. Of course it was spotless and plenty of machines but what made my day was the manager and her assistant. They were so friendly and so helpful. It is really sad that I have so many concerns and in 4 weeks no one called me back. Between the reviews and what I have experienced first hand the way she treats customers and there employers. Her name is Nicole and at this point I am going to call the better business bureau. Your management has not returned any calls I have witnessed her trying to have a gentlemen arrested to do lies that he assaulted her she has accused Francisco in front of all the patrons of stealing she is rude and her power has gone to her head. Appaternly Leonard and Gina could care less because neither has returned my calls. I have been going there since it opened and the decline in customers is crazy. I also wanted my laundry done an was told she could not do it because there was a change in shifts yet 2 hours later instead of doing someone's laundry she was bragging to the clients that she had to terminate an employee which by far was the wrong employee. All of the reviews that are negative are related to this employee unfortunatly they do not know her name. I just got off the phone and Leonard is saying he does not want to investigate the issues so just another employee that you should be proud of having.
