The worker, white blond woman was very rude, she even did not give couple minutes to take clothes from dryer because it was already 9. I asked her to give only couple minutes more to put my laundry away but she told to leave right away otherwise she gonna call the police on me and my husband retired US militaryveteran if we do not leave immediately, she was saying to us bad words and kicked us out with middle finger. I didn't see yet such kind of rudeness especially to my husband, US military veteran. The customer service in this place is UNACCEPTABLE. I think this employee was eather drunk or under drugs because she didn't care about what she said and to who she said. She was very disrespectful to us and I just wondering if management will take care about their employee's behavior to make sure they treat their customers properly

Also, the sign outside says "Equestrian Manomet Laundry"; I don't have any idea why the word equestrian is in there since there's signs inside the building warning horse owners not to bring their horse blankets for cleaning there. I'm a big fan of Wash, Dry and Fold (WDF) whenever I can get it when traveling. The final product is spectacularly folded and placed in a clear plastic bag so you can see and find all your clothes easily. It also has a nice clean scent to it. I will be in that area again in July and look forward to being more laundry there. Highly recommend!!

The washer didn't appear to fill up with much water or dispense much, if any, detergent. I wash in cold and dry on low, always. After drying for 72 minutes the clothes were almost as wet as when they were put in. I raised the temp and left it in for 40 more minutes. Clothes were dry. When folding them I noticed spots all over our shirts and pants! I now have to pretreat, wash and dry all the laundry again at a different location. The lady next to me had spots on her clothes too! They smelt musty after being dried. I hope I can get the spots out and salvage my laundry.

The washers are old, broken and the outsides of them appear to not have been cleaned since this place opened. The public areas are not tidy or organized. I'm so skeeved out and annoyed to have to spend any amount of time from my vacation in this dump. So vile. No attendant on site. After I loaded 6 loads of laundry (three loads of towels) into the dryers. I put about $15 in quarters into the dryers. Not one of the dryers had heat. I had to load everything into bags and go to a different laundromat to dry everything. Needless to say, I have lost half a day of vacation to this and I'm out $15. Hell ya, I'm down with that. I gave her $8 in ones for both washing and drying and we came back over an hour later and the comforter needed more time to dry so I got a chance to talk to this woman who I found out her name was Karen. I asked her "do you own this place" and she said no. I told her, you would think you do because you are so kind and so helpful. I mean beyond helpful, it's just so no 2020, it's more like 1920's helpful which is so nice during these challenging times.
