The worker, white blond woman was very rude, she even did not give couple minutes to take clothes from dryer because it was already 9. I asked her to give only couple minutes more to put my laundry away but she told to leave right away otherwise she gonna call the police on me and my husband retired US militaryveteran if we do not leave immediately, she was saying to us bad words and kicked us out with middle finger. I didn't see yet such kind of rudeness especially to my husband, US military veteran. The customer service in this place is UNACCEPTABLE. The washer didn't appear to fill up with much water or dispense much, if any, detergent. I wash in cold and dry on low, always. After drying for 72 minutes the clothes were almost as wet as when they were put in. I raised the temp and left it in for 40 more minutes. Clothes were dry. When folding them I noticed spots all over our shirts and pants! I now have to pretreat, wash and dry all the laundry again at a different location. The lady next to me had spots on her clothes too! They smelt musty after being dried. I hope I can get the spots out and salvage my laundry.

It is not self service, you drop off the blanket and pick it up another day. The blankets come back clean and with a pleasant scent. The pack them in a zippered plastic pouch that can be used to store the blanket. This saves my home washer from wads of shed horse hair, and the smell left by blankets dirty with mud and manure.
