There are lots of huge speed bumps and there is traffic coming into the area from so many different directions. I recommend parking on the side of the building to the left of the neighboring Taqueria and walking over. If you park directly in front of the cleaners' be prepared for some difficulty backing out- and watch those speed bumps!

You can get your coffee or whatever you need right next door to 7-Eleven so this is a One-Stop shop.
